This was a wonderful hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms with a nice shower. The breakfast was better than most places that offer a free breakfast. The shuttle to kings island was very accommodating. All staff was kind and helpful! We will be back for sure!

This is a quick and easy MOTEL to get to for Kings Island. This is a motel with outdoor access doors. The rooms were clean as was the bedding, towels, etc… weird to have the coffee maker in the bathroom instead of the desk. The room smelled of smoke or food, it was the same smell in the other three rooms my family was in. We were there for two days for Kings Island and booked online but it said hotel, showing up to see it is a motel is misleading.

Very nice breakfast (sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles). Very nice, clean, large rooms. Very clean common areas. Very friendly family owned/staffed. Cold air-conditioning. Nice, larger-sized refrigerator. Third stay there. Never disappointed.

Nothing, this place was dirty and any positive reviews are false and misleading. The room was not cleaned and the facilities were unclean as well. Building grounds were not maintained. Overall this place looked dirty and did not feel like a safe area to be in. The room had trash in the floor, rice and food in the floor and on all of the countertops, a used cup with foam on the entry table, dirty bathroom and toilet. The room was disgusting. Everything was terrible. We could not leave fast enough.
