The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice with a covered area as well. The breakfast was very good. I had to change rooms. The air conditioner in the first was not working well. The frig was barely working. It kept 5 bottles of water cool, not cold, turned up all the way. No remote for TV, One was brought up

Fantastic location near tennis tournament site with hotel shuttle if needed Very noisy air conditioning unit. Even with ear plugs could not sleep well. Had to turn off at night.

Everything went very well and they were a very attentive when we asked for something also they had a shuttle that was really a great amenity for people going to the tennis tournament for to Kings Island It did not have an elevator so for seniors it was a little difficult

Very close to Kings Island Room stunk like old smoke. No elevator so don't get 2nd floor if you have a big cooler

Great location and has transportation to KingsIsland. Transportation is fantastic. Wish breakfast was til 10a but can't really complain it's included in stay free

Wonderful staff in the perfect location. We will definitely stay here upon our next visit. I have a bad back and these beds are not the best.

The rooms were very clean, it had adequate towels and washcloths. I liked that it had shampoo and conditioner, soap, lotion, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee pot with coffee and tea in the rooms. The breakfast was very nice, eggs, sausage, toast, waffles, muffins, and lots of juices. The outdoor pool was very nice, but make sure you bring your own beach towels. The shuttle was extremely nice that took us back and forth to Kings Island each day. I honestly have no cons to report. It was very satisfactory for our stay.

Apparently, they didn’t cancel and charged me for a room I wasn’t provided ! It doesn’t get any worse than that.
