Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mason/Kings Island

Room was generally clean. Hotel is rundown - dirty, old carpet, old mattress, tired-looking room. Breakfast is very limited.

Bed was very uncomfortable, room needs remodeled.

Exceptional

Room clean, friendly staff definitely location Breakfast wasn’t really a breakfast, refrigerator needed to be defrosted, phone and clock needed to be plugged in after last guest.

Location to kings island Beds were not comfortable

Comfortable room, however mini fridge and microwave located next to foot of bed making it very difficult to enter bed from one side.

Clean Nothing

The light switch controlled all the lights in the room which had a sofa on one side and the bed on the other side, like a small apartment. There are no lights or outlets by the beds other than the main light. Nice little room, really bad design.

The beds were comfortable, that’s about all I can say. The bathroom had mold all over it, I actually had to ask a housekeeper to clean the 1/2 inch of thick mold where the shower wall and tub meet. 2nd night went to the bathroom turned the light on and found baby roaches…but wasn’t much we could do but kill them because it was 4am. And then bag all of our stuff so we didn’t carry them home with us. It is a non smoking hotel but the smell of marijuana on the 2nd floor was so strong it was overwhelming.

Location Room needs major upgrades. Bath tub had mold, vents in heater had mold. Won’t stay again. Not much for breakfast.

Do not stay here!! They have bedbugs and its very dirty and housekeeping doesn't do their job!!

Beds were clean an neat the bathroom was clean except for the toilet good location Dead bugs on top of the closet/ with dust , trim falling down from the lights over the bed, and trim on the wall was falling off took pics to front desk he just said we won't blame you for that , the hallway had trash in it from housekeeping/ was still there the next day the toilet looked like someone had just used it before we came in also showed the front desk

Rooms were not clean. My son could not sleep in the bed due to their being hair on the sheets. Hallways had a weird smell.

Price. Clean enough. Older hotel with very thin walls. "Breakfast" was cereal and bread.

Location was the only positive. The facility and room were filthy. Floors were unwashed, bedding dirty, room had a strange odor. Maybe mold in bathroom. Broken furniture/furnishings, just old and nasty. I appreciate the room was around 100$$ but even cheap rooms should be clean. This place needs a refresh and staff that know how to clean. I would advise people to avoid this Microtel.

It's really close to Kings Island. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Getting woke up at 4am from the fire alarm.

It was very close to Kings Island. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options wanst that great.

Its tiny, it smells like old wet towels and has no elevator. Also, the breakfast is a joke. I hurt my knee on the bed frame because there is no room between the bed and the refrigerator. Bed was hard.

Staff are friendly and work hard!
