It's a very nice place to stay. Close to Kings Island and many restaurants. Breakfast had a variety of options.

Clean hotel in a convenient area for visiting kings island. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable.

This was our first time staying here. Upon arrival the staff was very welcoming and made sure we knew about everything available to us during our stay. Our suite was perfect for the 5 of us. Very clean and perfect for what we needed. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast that was served daily was great and had options for everyone. We will definitely stay here again.

The room appeared to be very unclean when we arrived. Everything in the kitchen was smeary and looked greasy. The ceiling above the shower had black mold. But the worst was the smell of the pillows. They smelled so awful that we couldn’t even sleep. I can’t even think of how to describe how to smell the awful odor.

Only one suggestion - The bathroom light was very dim. But that was not that big of a deal.

Everything was great, except the indoor pool was freezing cold.

Wonderful property and very close to Kings Island!! Great breakfast, comfy beds, lots of room for my family and I. Overall amazing!

This property needs to get their work done faster, waiting over 1 hour and a half after check in times is unacceptable and then have their manager pitch at you for a they problem when they tell you to come back in 20 minutes and room still not ready till an hour later sucks.

It was in a convenient location for kings island and food! Thanks to horrible 3rd party communication on BOOKING.COM’s part….When we first checked in, the front desk person said they had our reservation, and that it shows it was paid at booking the reservation , but they didn’t receive the payment from booking.com and it was declining the charge at the moment, so they were stalling with checking me in. I told them how them not getting the payment has nothing to do with me because I paid a month ago and I expect to have my room key regardless of what flook reason they can’t figure out payment because it is not my fault or concern. The manager on duty was still telling me about whatever back end issue they were having, which still isn’t my concern, nor did I care. Finally, the manager gave using room without physically “checking us in”, as she should have. Then the next day while I’m getting breakfast and had my children upstairs, the maintenance man came busting in the room asking my children why they were there!!! I was LIVID!!!!!!! As I went down to the front desk to voice my frustration and ongoing concern, they proceed to tell me how the room showed vacant and us not being there! Of course I’m still PISSED and no manager was onsite! They proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t do anything until the manager came in, and I told them we are still there for another day and we better not have another issue. I called customer service to let them know the issue and a new reservation was made. Of course after getting back from kings island with my family that night, our room key doesn’t work. We had to have the front desk attendant interrupt her current customer to make us a new key so we could get in our room and go to bed!!!! As far as comfort the double queen room had one small window and a huge open space full of dead light, which I hated! The bathroom lighting was also horrible! The floor plan of the room I was in was horrible taking in natural light for it to be facing the east! Horrible designing!

Our room was not as clean as I hoped for. Sticky substance on the kitchen table and the pull out couch mattress was so disgusting that a teenager refused to sleep on it. Something red that resembled blood or food, we were unsure along with dark spots.

Closing the breakfast down at 9AM is too early.

I like the room. But there is a little bit of what looked like mold in the corners in the bathroom, and there was a little stain on the sheet when I got in there, so I had to get new sheets. I also found there was a very odd smell when you walked into the hotel, but the hotel overall was okay, and it was close to Kings Island.

Everything was great and breakfast was good also!!

Filthy and falling apart. My room was gross and my kids begged me to never stay in this hotel again. I felt uncomfortable even sleeping on the bed. I didn’t want to touch anything. I would’ve left but we prepaid.

Very close to Kings Island, which was a plus for us. We would stay hear again. The staff was not overly friendly, but it wasnt a terrible experience either. Our room was very clean and spacious and accomodating for what we were needing. Overall a good stay.

I got the king suite and it was very spacious. The breakfast served was great and very kid friendly. Well definitely go back again for future stays.
