The only pros: it was a clean, convenient place to rest while staying at King’s Island. However, the ice machine was empty, the hotel was quite old, the toilet squealed all night, the breakfast was sparse, and we didn’t realize they don’t clean every day. It was fine for the location, but I probably wouldn’t stay again.

Be careful when you rent this hotel record videos before entering the room and before leaving because they charged a pillow 53 dollars when I didn't take any and I told them that they were on the sofa and they haven't done anything I contact them and they give excuses to call later just be careful thank you

Stayed for four nights, didn’t have room service one time. Had to go down to ask for more towels and trash bags. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned and there was urine and hair on the side of the toilet. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles were practically empty.

Good price, friendly staff, good location. Carpet felt wet, too much humidity? Windows dirty, hole in the wall, just seemed old and dingy. Maybe needs a refreshed makeover? Didn't feel dirty just a little sprucing up needed?

The rooms are spacious and clean the bed was super comfortable lots of places to eat within walking distance A shop on site for those little emergencies and a nice indoor pool Staff friendly called a taxi for me as phone was running low on power Nothing

Location Room smelled musty. Closet smelled awful. Room small, not much area to walk. Needs updated. Pool small & hard time getting towels. Overall, this hotel is not a place i would choose again.

Hot breakfast included. Right across street from Kings Island. Noisy kids in lobby, which our room was pretty close to.

It was ok for an overnight stay. There was an odd odor in the room. It looked old & run down. The pool area was really hot, but the water was freezing.

The pool was dirty, our room had dirty baseboards, the bathroom needed scrubbed, and we had to ask for new towels. We were told to just set our dirty towels on the floor outside our room and we would get clean towels.

The pool looks like it has never been cleaned. The door key would malfunction every other time it was used. Room was clean. Staff could be friendlier.
