I thought it was in a good location. Everything tasted really well. Could have been better if there was sausage gravy. Would be better if the pool was bigger .

Once we got into our room, instantly food stains on the carpet, up the wall, black hairs throughout the bed under the sheets, hair ball on back corner along headboard on the pillow. Hairs on wall of shower. Yellow stains on the comforter. Saturday morning woke up and a spider was crawling across bed. I went to front desk and demanded to have bedding replaced. I made the girls wear their shoes in the room. If I was able to move hotels, I would’ve but bc of funds and this hotel already costing right at $480 I couldn’t afford to go elsewhere. My girls wanted to sleep in our car on Saturday night. Very disappointed .

The evening attendant was kind and attempted to make our stay more pleasant by moving us to a different room, but it was right next door to the first so only minimal difference.

Everything easy to get the kids to the amusement parks. Water pressure and shower and sink needed some repairs very loose.

The pool was green, the shower was broken. There were holes in the walls. The whole place smells musty and my allergies were through the roof. Maybe it was the mold. Maybe it was the dust. Who knows! There was no breakfast to be had either.

Nothing was denied my reservation The clerk did not honor my reservation number. My family and I had to go to another hotel I had paid in full my reservation through Booking.com which sent me emails almost everyday that my reservation was soon coming up and looking forward to my stay at comfort suites Mason . But I arrived about 5:00 to check in and my reservation was denied and even thought I had my confirmation I was denied the rooms I had paid for I have been unable to reach a human about this and I even tried talking to someone that evening with no success. I will not use Booking.com again I have been a customer for years but the insensitive way I was treated and results from this website have made me very untrusting. The AI is awful I can't work with a robot It only knows what the computer tells it I don't understand why if I have A confirmation number why I could not at least be reimbursed for the 2 rooms I booked and paid for I would very much like to speak to human being about this

Location, size of room and bathroom. Dark and moldy smell in room. Staff not very friendly.

We had okay check in but person checking us in did not speak much English. Parking was good, breakfast was standard. Our room was nice and clean. But the mattress was more than terrible. Old mattress very soft and worn. Had a terrible terrible nights sleep from it. We were in room 106. Also power went out from terrible storm at 9:00m for some reason their generator was not coming on. Lady at front desk was not doing well answering questions or knowing the answer if our power was going to come on from generator or if we had to wait on Power to come back on. We did not get power till 4am. I would not use this Comfort Suite again!

Alittle older hotel but everything was clean.

Over all was okay. Only had 3 issues, they didn't get trash, had two small trash cans and had to grab bags to use. There was no shower curtian had a disabled mother who can't use rub needed to shower. Last, key card stopped working twice to get into my room. One never worked and other stopped twice. Over all it was clean and well maintained outside. Pool looked green tho. Breakfest was nice and had many options just wish there more gluten free options. Did have apple and yogurt atleast, thanks.
