I got a glass of water front the bar in the hotel and when the ice melted there was a worm (no kidding) at the bottom of the glass. When I showed the staff, they were great and apologized profusely. They said please give us another chance and we will comp you dinner and drinks on us, which was nice but when I showed up for dinner that night the restaurant was closed Ridiculous. They comped me things fron the market but I had to take an uber and pay for dinner. Not ok. The staff means well but I’ve had other issues at this hotel

Lovely property very clean. Staff only spoke rough English, I was over charged $78 dollars that no one could explain why. Very hard to get clear communication.

Very nice hotel. Clean and well maintained. Came to town for a Reds game and we don't like to stay downtown and this location is great.

It was near a bunch of places My room did not have working power outlets on one side. The doors are super heavy and loud.

Hotel didn’t refund my money and didn’t give me night when I asked. Poor hotel management who don’t care about customers.

The bistro and the Starbucks were not open on arrival or all day Saturday, which was an inconvenience. The space between floors is clearly not insulated as I could hear the people above walking which sounded like stomping and doors slamming. This occurred well after midnight and again at 4:33. Also, not having complimentary breakfast is a downfall as well. I wouldn’t stay again.

Stayed here for the Cincinnati Open 2025 - excellent choice for location for getting to the Linder Tennis facility (or Kings Island) and easy enough to get downtown. This Courtyard was very clean throughout! Our room was very spacious and had the amenities we like. While we did not eat or have drinks at the bar, they were well staffed and graciously provided plates, cutlery and glassware for us to take to the room (meats, cheeses and a baguette from Findlay Market was dinner in the room). Plenty of food / drink options and other store options nearby. Our only less than perfect stars was that our room did need to have some doors leveled and tightened. Yes, we would stay here again.
