I was very impressed with how courteous and helpful the staff was. I asked for suggestions for local shopping, eateries - they were very kind.

The property was fine, the room was alright....but the price to stay for one day (even not being able to get in until 3:00 pm) is too high. On top of that, we were told they serve breakfast....which is great, but nothing that you didn't also have to pay for. It has been a very long time since I have stayed at a motel and they didn't at least include a breakfast (even something minimal). Spending $233 and nothing included for breakfast is ridiculous. Wouldn't stay there again.

The rooms were clean and nice. Originally, we were given a different room than was requested. The staff rearranged things so that we had the type of room we requested.

I checked my bank and realized $200 was on hold. I called the hotel figure out what’s going on and was told “the system has been double charging incidentals but it’ll come back in 3-5 days.” Maybe… give customers a heads up at check-in??

Staff very unprepared for checkin and checkout, and not the friendliest. Lost my reservation, after I was already checked in.

I got a glass of water front the bar in the hotel and when the ice melted there was a worm (no kidding) at the bottom of the glass. When I showed the staff, they were great and apologized profusely. They said please give us another chance and we will comp you dinner and drinks on us, which was nice but when I showed up for dinner that night the restaurant was closed Ridiculous. They comped me things fron the market but I had to take an uber and pay for dinner. Not ok. The staff means well but I’ve had other issues at this hotel

Lovely property very clean. Staff only spoke rough English, I was over charged $78 dollars that no one could explain why. Very hard to get clear communication.

Very nice hotel. Clean and well maintained. Came to town for a Reds game and we don't like to stay downtown and this location is great.

It was near a bunch of places My room did not have working power outlets on one side. The doors are super heavy and loud.

Hotel didn’t refund my money and didn’t give me night when I asked. Poor hotel management who don’t care about customers.
