Clean rooms and property was nice

Cons- super thin walls, you will hear all thumps and bumps through the night. Including outside traffic with it being as close kings island. Room still had a couch full of crumbs on sofa so made us weary of cleaning tactics. Decent hotel, but would recommend one a bit further honestly

Clean, friendly, and convenient location.

The breakfast was alright, cleaning services did not restock towels , empty our garbages nor replace toliet paper. They never even came to our room. When I called and asked for towels and toliet it was never delivered either. Would not stay here again. Front desk lady seemed lazy.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, only 5 minutes from King's Island. It seems to be brand new! It has an outdoor patio you can eat on - or even grill! The rooms are a nice size, the breakfast was more than enough, and the workers were helpful. The only complaint we had was that the mattresses were really uncomfortable. Maybe it was the bed frames?

I paid on Expedia with a different form of payment and then was charged also at your desk. This was not just a hold it was a charge for the room. I was double charged.

Comfortable beds and mostly quiet. Also very clean. No lock on bathroom door and sliding door didnt give much privacy. Could really hear people above us walking around, so Im sure the people below must have heard us too . Not too big of a deal though.. We slept great.

Perfect location for our stay while visiting multiple days At kings island. It was very clean and smelled clean. Very minimal light pollution from under the hall door which is rare in a hotel. The bathroom was huge in the King room. Staff was prompt and friendly, Everything was great. Only thing I noticed was mild staining in the shower but that’s hard to keep perfectly clean.

The hotel and staff were both great. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was smooth and orderly. Well staffed. Will stay again.

The room was comfortably furnished. We had a King suite. So a king bed with a desk area with sliding glass that could kind of give some privacy or division from the sofa area. The sofa was comfortable & could become a sofa bed & even had a trundle if needed. It also had a microwave, fridge & in room coffee pot. Very comfortable. The breakfast was very good & much variety. Better than I anticipated. ❤️

The issues experienced in the room included outlets not working. We had 9 devices to charge after busy days and we struggled to have them fully charged for the next day. Also the temperature in the room was difficult to manage. The air blew constantly even when turning up the temperature. The fridge was minimally used but when we put stuff in, it would not make or keep it cold. The last thing that was a bit frustrating was the lack of staff at the front desk. There was one manager, Laurie I think, that was very present. When she was not there, we could not find anyone at the front desk. They would be in the back and not checking for any patrons for up to 10 minutes, maybe more if we were more patient. We had to yell in the back and when they appeared, they seemed annoyed that we called on them. There was no bell or any alarm that went off when entering. Overall, we would stay again but there could have been some easy fixes to make our stay more enjoyable.

I would stay here again. Breakfast was good, and our room was clean.

We enjoyed everything! The food was good and the pool was a little cold but the kids loved it! Room was very nice and spacious! Definitely coming back next year! Thank you so much for a wonderful time!

Very nice and clean. Excellent staff and the area was extremely nice. Very loud. A group of travel football players stayed there and they stomped and slammed doors all night long.
