Room smelled. Now it’s $20 a day to park. Not worth it. Parking should be included with room. Breakfast buffet too expensive. Not worth the money.

The TVs are about 20 years outdated no smart TVs. Also they charge $20 for parking which is crazy per night. Specially, since you’re already paying for the room and everything. The Wi-Fi was not very good and when we arrived and checked in the halls were full of cleaning carts and dirty bags of laundry, but besides that everything else was good, we liked the waterpark. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

All staff was so friendly. Waterpark was very very clean, although a little hot and humid but fine, considering it was 90+ degrees outside.

Check in and check out were easy. The resort was very clean, rooms were clean and stocked with essentials (plenty of clean towels, soap, body wash and shampoo). You will receive a wrist band. It gives you access to your room and the water park. It was so convenient to not have to carry a key for the room. They can activate your wrist band to pay for things at the resort as well. No need to leave or go anywhere. There are restaurants on site. However we did pack snacks and I feel like we saved a lot of money on food that way. The food is very expensive.

Seeing all the hair ties and stuff on the ledges going to the water slides looked trashy. Maybe someone could clean that up.
