Our rooms were not ready at check-in time. There was no wifi that reached our room. Those are hotel fundamentals.

We loved how close it was to Kings Island. It was a great room with a kitchen. Great breakfast. Our only complaint was the room wasn’t as clean as we would like (just random hairs or dirt not a big deal). We would stay again.

The front desk staff was friendly, but they weren’t able to help me with the only issue I had. I booked through Expedia because the room photos advertised bathrooms with glass shower doors, which is an important feature for me. When I arrived, my room had a shower curtain instead. I was told that the rooms with glass doors were in the neighboring hotel. Even though they had availability, they wouldn’t move me because my reservation was made through Expedia. I understand I didn’t book directly with the hotel, but I was still paying to stay at their property, so it was disappointing that they couldn’t accommodate my request. Other than that, I had a good stay. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well equipped.

Loved it! Clean and stylish. The studio suite was smaller than I thought though. But still nice.

Overall could be cleaner. Stain in the fridge, bathroom wall stains. No soap so had to ask. Great location, friendly staff and great breakfast!

The breakfast was really good!!

Disappointed we had to move rooms because the people above us were so loud the walls were shaking. They made us move as we complained instead of party making all the noise. No hot water couple times in evening. Otherwise nice facility. Decent breakfast.

Room set up was odd and only a very little table to eat on. Not enough table for 2 people. Breakfast was poor.

I’ve never left a review before in my life but I felt required to. This hotel must had the thinnest walls and floors known to man kind. I’ve NEVER experience a more loud hotel in my life. The people above us- you could hear them walk. Let alone when they moved around not so silently. Then any commotion in our hall. You could hear it all. Doors opening and closing. Just people normal talking in the halls you could hear. The amenities, staff, bar, and parking were all great. But goodness don’t expect any privacy or sleep when staying here.

Very courteous staff and very clean room

Breakfast was typically what you would find in any lower end hotel. Rooms were small, expected more from a King Suite. If you used the pull out sofa it would be against the bed. No lighting by the computer area. No seating for eating if you used the kitchen.
