DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Memphis

Well, first of all, we did not get the room that we thought we had booked. We had asked for a junior suite. Instead, we were given an average size room on the main floor. We had hoped for more space. What the room did have was a shower that could accommodate my handicap, and that was a plus.

Staff was great! They were very helpful and courteous.

Easy access to several restaurants and groceries.

Bath items limited (towels)

NO COMMENTS AT THIS TIME. ALL WAS WELL

Everyone was genuinely polite and friendly, felt very safe there.

Location, the friendly staff, cleanliness The toilet seat is on the floor!!! The toilet seat ruined a perfect accommodation!

Shuttle was a great idea, saved money

Dinner and drinks in resturant was nice We could have used some help getting our bags upstairs. There were no carts around, and no one offered to help us locate one. And my husband is disabled.

Great view of trees grass green. Room comfortable. Just remember no microwave in room everything bath tub very small narrow.

Needs updating.

The room was very clean and nice, staff went above and beyond. I do wish they had more vegan options for the breakfast but I managed. And I could have just walked to whole foods behind the hotel or to city silo if I really wanted something else. I would definitely stay there again, it was a restful experience. The pool is really cool, you can swim under the wall from the indoor portion of the pool to outside. The indoor part is beautiful with plants. It is as nice as it looks on the website photos. Staff were all super nice and helpful.

I often stay at Doubletree by Hilton when in Memphis. It is my "go to" place due to comfort, cleanliness, and a welcoming staff. In addition, there is an Italian and a Moroccan restaurant virtually just across from the entrance (and maybe others in the general area as well).

My room was so clean but the bathroom flooring could have been cleaner for sure, and the fridge froze everything and had not been cleaned out. Staff was great though and internet was fast!

I will only stay at Double Tree Hotels! This one in Memphis was outstanding from the room to the staff to the food and entertainment!! I was very happy with my visit ☺️
