Resort fee fees. Extra tip fee fees. State tax fees, which we don’t have any state tax Resort tax fees. Way too many extra charges. Too many hidden Charges. It’s just like an airplane you get you get a great flight. But you end up paying extra for everything.

Great hotel but missing that true 5 star feel because of service and attention to detail.

One of my favorite parts of every visit is the spa. I always book a massage, and it's the perfect way to relax and recharge. The entire resort has a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere that keeps me coming back. Although I had a small issue with my final invoice, the management team reviewed it promptly and resolved it quickly, which I truly appreciated. Their excellent customer service only reinforced why I continue to choose this resort. Overall, a five-star experience. I will definitely be back again!

Gym and pool Staff is awful, hotel is old, we got cockroaches in the bathroom more than once and the bathroom smell was terrible

I booked an ocean-view room with a balcony through Expedia. Before arriving, I even called the hotel to confirm my reservation because I was checking in late. They assured me everything was correct. When I arrived, I was given a street-view room with no balcony—completely different from what I paid for. When I brought this up at check-in, I was told to come back in the morning. The next day, the front desk employee was unbelievably rude. Instead of trying to fix the problem, he told me that if I didn't like it, I could just leave. That's not a solution when you're already on vacation and last-minute accommodations are nearly impossible to find. The customer service was unacceptable. The staff acted like guests were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. Housekeeping left our room door wide open after cleaning. We returned that evening to find all of our belongings completely unsecured. That is an unacceptable security failure. This is not a five-star level of cleanliness or maintenance. The hotel is visibly worn down. The towels are old and falling apart, the pool and beach chairs are beaten up, outdated, and make loud scraping noises every time they're moved. The hotel has ridiculous policies requiring guests to carry separate keys for the pool, the beach, and other areas. It's inconvenient and unnecessary. The hallway on the fifth floor smelled

The gym area is quite good, and the beach area is equally pleasant, offering a relaxing atmosphere. However, the hotel overall seems to be in need of renovation to match the quality of its amenities. One standout feature is the speakeasy gourmet restaurant, which truly deserves more recognition for its exceptional offerings. Location is not the best.

I love the Carillon. When I need a break it’s my home away from home. Every room is a suite with a living room and a sleek kitchen. The beds are adjustable for firmness. The bathroom has a deep tub. I can relax in my room or at the rooftop pool or on the beach. Loads of gym classes and the saunas can keep you busy. The staff are attentive. It’s my Ahhhhh place.
