Park Royal Miami Beach

The pool was really warm. Parking was easy. The price was good for Miami. The location was pretty good.It was easy to drive in and out of South Beach and north. Beds were comfy. We had two queen beds and a small dining table, so there was plenty of room for luggage and good hanging space though you might need to bring some hangers. Bathroom and shower area were big. Good sized refrigerator. Cupboards were a bit high for the average size person. The quality of the workmanship in the tiling and the joinery, what's not very good. Cupboards were too high.

Hidden fees, resort daily fee, daily parking fees. security down payment cannot be prepaid. keep all that in mind when booking.

Clean and very large rooms. Staff was friendly. Bed was large and very comfortable. Very noisy location right off the freeway. The location on this busy street gives this hotel a motel vibe. The rooms could use a reno - they were clean but quite outdated.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large living room, cozy terrace with a partial ocean-view, walk-in shower, well-equipped kitchen and a large refrigerator. The hotel also provides beach towels and has a small swimming pool. A very convenient and comfortable place to stay, especially for families, both for longer stay or a just 1-2 nights before the cruise Everything was super!

This was an excellent little hotel for my family. Rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel staff was so kind and helpful. We were impressed. The pool was also very clean. The area was decent and had a Walgreens nearby. The only thing I would say is if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the loud city from your room, so bring earplugs.

Huge and clean room

The room was large, very clean & comfortable the pool area was cozy We had gotten off our cruise in the morning & had to wait for check in, the lobby is rather small for multiple people waiting to check in.

Staff is very good. They were helpful. Parking spaces under roof are very narrow.

A perfect place !!!

Excellent ADA room

The location was perfect with us since we had family staying nearby. Our stay was quiet and calm (mid April) and the staff was great about helping setup a packnplay for our little one. Nearby the hotel there’s plenty of places within walking distance and the beach is within a 5 minute walk.

Kitchen with multiple appliances, everything we needed. Clean and functional. Beds were comfortable, great location. The elevator was close to our room, nice view to the pool. We felt safe at all times, they even have an agreement with beach seats for free which is great! The beach was at walkable distance as well as a Publix. The bathroom shower had a smell, I'll say related to old sewage. Nothing critical but a little bit annoying.

The floor is stone and cold, with no carpeting, so sand and similar debris stick to your feet. The TV worked poorly-it wouldn’t load properly and kept freezing, probably due to a weak connection.

When I arrived they told me the hotel was over booked. And said go to a different hotel. Had to walk like 10 mins away and the hotel was a dump. I will never recommend this hotel again. Super rude

Our room was cancelled by Park Royal last minute. When I reached out inquiring why, they said that there was an error with booking.com. I doubt this since a few days before our stay Park Royal sent a message saying they are waiting for us to stay with them. For the sake of honesty, they did arrange us with another hotel - Collins in Miami beach. It did not meet our requirements at all. In the morning, smth was burning in the parking lot and so there was a haZardous smell all over the hotel and the rooms. So, we were disappointed even more. In short, don't book this hotel since they are not trustworthy and can cancel your booking last minute and re route you to another worse hotel.
