That it was boutique. Miami feel and Colors Sea view doesn’t exist .

There are a lot of hidden fees, if you do not watch out and read everything very carefully!

Unfortunately, the reviews that I read previously to booking did not match the property. The building looks old and run down. Website stated would be having remodeling work starting August and when we get there restaurant was closed for remodel, but didn’t see anyone working on it the days we were there. The site also stated parking was available for a fee and no parking available for the property not even for a fee. The beach was a short walking distance, which was nice…however, the beach had a good amount of seaweed unable to get into the water and enjoy.

Disappointing

Location and front desk customer service It’s not clean at all. The housekeepers never change bedclothes. The floor was all the time dirty.

This hotel was a disappointment honestly. I don’t know how this hotel is rated four stars when it should probably be a 3 star hotel. I was so disappointed from start to finish. The check in process was not as seamless as I wanted it to be. I had messaged the hotel weeks before letting them know my flight gets in at 6am on a Saturday. They said to guarantee a room I should book the evening before. So I paid for the Friday night so make sure I get checked in right away so I can shower and nap, etc. The standard room was old, and felt musty, definitely disappointed by the AC unit all weekend the only time it would get cool was at night. I was too tired by the end of the day to notice the AC only working at night. I asked the front desk to make sure house keeping cleans my room or at least put fresh towels and it never happened! every day I had to go to the front desk myself to get towels and my room was never cleaned all weekend and just felt like the room was in poor shape from the get go. I’ve stayed at 3 star hotels with better service & quality before and was never disappointed as much as I was this stay. I thought being a hotel next to the beach would be worth it but honestly this one wasn’t at all and I’m regretting booking here. Should have paid more for another hotel or pay less for different hotel not on the beach. Also you could hear everything that the upstairs neighbors were doing so that was also incredibly annoying. Idk I just had better expectations.

Everything was perfect for my best friend and I’s girls trip. Emmanuel in the front desk was very helpful with our stay, very friendly and hilarious! :) the restaurant in the hotel was amazing, the food, staff and everything else was top tier. We wish the bar would’ve stayed open a little later. The pool was great to relax after a long sunny day, and the room was great and comfy after a long day out. I would love to stay here again when we come back to Miami. Great price great location!

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay. They even generously offered us an additional room at no extra charge. While the room itself and its amenities may be outdated, they are clean and well-maintained.

Everything was fine except the encounters with lady at the front desk.

Front desk people weren’t very nice to us but I saw they pick and choose who they’re nice to smh. Needs improvement. Everything was fine except the encounters with lady at the front desk.

Proximity to the beach. Very noisy airconditoner that kept on switching off and waking me up when it came on. Sound was so loud it sounded like someone was trying to get into the room. No blackout blinds and my room was facing the street so flooded with light. No kettle or tea making facilities and staff unable to provide hot water for tea. Difficulty in getting the room cleaned. Poor gym facilities

Let me start by saying the location of Circa 39 and the access to the beach are great. The tiki bar restaurant in the lobby is amazing. Also, the portion of the staff that was helpful was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, there were several issues with my reservation. I wanted to add an extra night and one of the people told me that the hotel had no rooms available that had two beds, so I hung up and tried to cancel my reservation altogether. I booked through a third-party, so the hotel did not approve my cancellation. So I waited a day and called the back and got a different person on the phone and this person easily and happily booked me a room that had two beds. So the person during the first call lied to me. Then I asked, this means I can stay in one room, correct? And there won’t be any issues with my reservation, correct? They assured me everything was fine. After the first night, they called me on my cell phone to ask me why I hadn’t checked out. They had failed to recognize the reservation for the second night. It all worked out, but it was a terrible hassle. As for the other reasons I almost gave this hotel 3 stars: the rooms are much smaller than they appear to be in the photos; the television did not have basic cable and did not allow any sort of streaming; no parking on premises and all of the parking around is limited and you have to pay. The hotel is quaint and most of the staff is great, but I’m not sure I would stay there again.
