I loved the hot tub and the pool

Love the art deco. The noise level from the restaurants below is very loud. It kept us awake until it stopped at 1a on a Tuesday. Also, we could hear the conversation of our neighbor as though we were in the room with them, poor acoustical barriers.

This was our second time staying here, and once again we had a great experience. The location is excellent, with everything we needed just a short walk away. We also really enjoyed the pool area—it was clean, relaxing, and a perfect place to unwind after a day out. The staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere made us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The hotel is in a perfect location right on Ocean Drive, seconds from the beach, restaurants, shopping. This is our second time staying here, last time was 5 years ago and the property is well kept.

Great location, safe, clean and very comfortable Staff was rude on the phone even hanging up multiple times. Check in was a disaster. Was told all I needed for daughter to check in was confirmation number and she could get in at 2:00. Daughter Presented confirmation number then was required to send email from me causing her extreme stress. Then couldn’t get in until 3:30 because room wasn’t ready.

Cons: noise was an issue. If you don't mind hearing music thumping on the walls until midnight and thumping sound from footsteps above you than this would be a no brainer on choosing this hotel again. We used a sound machine to help but could still hear that noise. The curtains for the shower and the curtains to the room was weird and gave us the ick. Recommend removing the curtains altogether and maybe using a glass door instead for the shower.

There is no car drop-off area. During a season the parking is very bad. You need to search public parking. Hotel said, there are reserved place in public parking 3 streets away (20 min. of walk). On the parking place is listed price max $40 per day, however the overnite parking costs $120.

We had a fantastic time at the Leslie. The room was cute and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site was convenient and delicious. Access to the beach was easy and close. The hotel provides beach, chairs and towels. Cute swimming pool on the rooftop. Great views for people watching and close proximity to shopping and restaurants.

The rooftop pool was beautiful and well maintained. Also had a great hot tub which is rare. Had an attendant that also took our food order and delivered the food from the on-site downstairs restaurant. Room was comfortable. Great location in the heart of south beach. Only downside is they give you camping chairs and a portable umbrella for the beach. Not comfortable so if you want loungers will need to rent them. The loungers / good umbrellas are available for rent on the beach.
