Extremly accomodating staff at the front desk. Great beach and pool.

Great location and close to the beach. Easy parking and plenty of access to Miami’s hotspots and restaurants.

Staff was nice and helpful but the property was not in great condition. Very old, cleaning was not the best, and a lot of things not working.

Great location but moldy smell is extremely overwhelming. Have washed my clothes 3 times since I got home and still smells like this hotel. Pool is very small and pool chairs were always occupied by peoples stuff that were most likely at the beach. Breakfast was mediocre for $30 pp, you essentially pay for the view. Room was ok, standard but no microwave. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We will definitely go back. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly from the minute we got there until the minute we checked out!

The only area that could use improvement is the breakfast. While the setting itself is beautiful, the buffet quality and service felt average to below average. It definitely has the potential to be much better, but overall, it was a great stay.

The location near beach was wonderful.. Looks are deceiving.. The hot tub was not sizable for two people.. The room was a lot smaller than the picture and there was no ocean view.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was decent and comfortable, and the front desk staff were welcoming and friendly, especially Angelo, who provided excellent service throughout our visit. There were a few areas that could use improvement. The tile floor in the room became very slippery when wet, and the toilets clogged easily. We were also disappointed that the outdoor amenities closed fairly early. The pool area could have been better maintained, as there was quite a bit of debris floating in the water, and there were not enough pool towels available for guests. Additionally, our experience with the beach chair attendant was not very positive, as they did not seem particularly friendly or accommodating. Despite these issues, the kindness and professionalism of the front desk staff helped make our stay enjoyable overall. This version keeps the feedback constructive while highlighting the positives.
