I went there with my ex, and i don’t really remember it at all, so it was an okay experience

They need to mop the floors. The floors were filthy

For what it is, it’s fine. It is very basic, a bed for the night, which is what I needed. It’s nice that the rooms have microwaves and a small refrigerator. I didn’t stay long enough to use the appliances, but these are nice features to have. Bed was ok, room was nice and clean. Breakfast has low quality baked goods on offer, a make-your-own waffled machine, some Light & Fit yogurt, and hard boiled eggs which are not exciting but preferable to the scrambled eggs made from a mix that many properties of their level serve. It’s something, if unremarkable and not particularly appetizing.

More of a motel vibe than a hotel vibe. Room was big but the floors seemed to be coming up in places and as its summer, our barefoot kids got very dirty feet. Pool was fun for the kids but freezing cold. Breakfast is a nice perk, but not really much of a hot meal other than make your own waffles. The shower had almost no water pressure which was unfortunate. Overall, it was fine as we mostly just slept there (mattresses are WAY too soft) and didn't hang out.

It's neither horrible or amazing. You pay for what you get. If your trying to impress someone I would not go, but if you just need a place to sleep its cool.

There were a few downsides. The gym was basically a tiny room with four machines, and one of them didn't even work properly. We were only given two towels even though four of us checked in. When I asked for more, I was told to come to the front desk to get them, so I did. Then after housekeeping came, they still only left us with two towels. I went back to the front desk and was told to return to my room because they would be delivered. The whole thing was confusing and it seemed like there wasn't a clear process. Staff was nice and helpful, though. We also found a couple of fleas on the beds, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The mattresses were honestly terrible. If two people shared a bed, it dipped heavily toward the heavier person and were just overall uncomfortable. The beds were also super squeaky, literally the smallest movement would make noise. Overall, while the room size and pool were nice, I don't feel like the stay was worth what we paid.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable with very nice beds. Breakfast included was good.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel room and close enough to downtown. Everything was perfect.

I lived this hotel. The man at the front desk was really nice and helpful. The room was spotless. The breakfast choices were excellent.

it was close to the wharf yet affordable
-
Just what we needed: great central location clean, safe, qiuet, and comfy beds!

Everything was great. My only complaint was the air conditioner. The fan was a bit too loud for me.

Just a clean bed to stay in when we went to local wedding. Good price instead of paying $$$$ to stay in newport. Went to diner down the street for breakfast was good.
-
It was a basic, older motel. Nothing bad to report.

Great location close to stores and attractions
