The staff member at the front desk was informative and welcoming. Our room was very well designed, making it easy to organize my belongings. The counter space and lighting in the bathroom was excellent. Only a 10 min ride to downtown Newport at a much more affordable price.

I did not stay for breakfast. Parking was a breeze. Everything was clean and orderly, and the person at the front desk was very friendly

The room was fine, not great. The pillows were super small and lumpy. They never refreshed our coffee even though we were there for 5 days. The makeup remover towels were in a sealed package but clearly old - there was yellowing on the cloth and it smelled horrible. They never emptied the dehumidifier, leaving us to do it because it was filling up daily. The breakfast lacked, generally, and the coffee they offered there was atrocious.

Such a beautiful property. Very clean property and facility; helpful and friendly staff. Spacious room with a refrigerator and microwave in each room. Breakfast was very basic and limited, but something is better than nothing!

The manager was very polite and helpful. I am not referring to the lady who checked us in, but the actual manager of the property with whom I met with the next morning.

The service was great and efficient from checkin to checkout. Room was exceptional for cleanliness and beds were great too. Bathroom had dispensers with body wash, shampoo, conditioner shower itself roomy. The room included a refrigerator, safe, ironing board, coffee maker, large screen TV. Free continental breakfast and last to mention outside pool and plenty of parking.
