This is the perfect place to stay to be close to Newport. Easy 5-10 minute drive to downtown! Lots of dining options close by too. We took a side trip to Cape Cod while staying here (about an hour or so away!). The room we had was a little smaller than we were expecting, but overall a great experience staying here. Breakfast was really good and the pool was a nice perk after a long day.

little more varity in the breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed The fold out bed needs to be replaced. Very poor condition. When we brought to their attention they got us a roll a way bed.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. My only complaint was it is very outdated and the carpet in the hallways was dirty.

The 2 people we encountered at the front desk checking in and out were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Typical, nothing fancy but good. Eggs, waffles, variety of breads, cereal, yogurt, juices. There was some kind of meat too but I can't remember what it was. We dont eat meat. Loved being able to grab a coffee for the road and a hot chocolate after checking in. Pool open late 9pm which is great for a later check in. TV is easy to figure out, these days some are not at all user friendly. Not smart tvs so don't expect to be able to stream different platforms but had a great selection of cable, something for everyone including HBO stations.

There were 5 of us. We could have used another bathroom. Not enough towels or toilet paper. While the staff was exceptional and the lobby and dining room was very clean and nice, I wouldn’t stay here again if I came with more than 2 people because of the bathroom situation.
