My stay at the Quality Inn was fine. The room was clean, & the bathroom area was clean. I was just upset because the cleaning staff threw out my heavy plastic bag that was on top of the dresser. Plus, they didn’t even make the bed!

The beds were made up nicely, but the tiny bathroom was disgusting. It was clean, but the toilet rocked and wasn't sealed around the bottom. The shower was a yellowed, mobile home type surround with some sort of sticky mat glued to the shower floor. The breakfast selection was decent, however they only provided paper plates and plastic utensils. Overall, I expected a little better for over $300 per night. I will not be returning to Quality Inn.

There was no running water or flushable toilets for 12 hours and staff did not alert us at all, did not offer water or help of any kind. They did not close, despite the health code violations. Staff members were flippant and uncaring so we checked out early. Our room was musty and outdated. Please

Staff was friendly, the location of the hotel is really convenient, very close to night life in Newport. The rooms could definitely be a bit cleaner.

The breakfast was a good variety of food. Watch your step if you choose to use the pool. If you get a room with the jacuzzi tub, read the directions on the wall first. Plenty of stores in the area if you forget anything.

It’s older and they spent big on the pool but rooms need an upgrade, it’s ok, lots of free parking but it’s old. Breakfast isn’t bad, beds were comfortable, bathroom was not memorable so it was not great or bad. Strip mall is right next door also.

This is the perfect place to stay to be close to Newport. Easy 5-10 minute drive to downtown! Lots of dining options close by too. We took a side trip to Cape Cod while staying here (about an hour or so away!). The room we had was a little smaller than we were expecting, but overall a great experience staying here. Breakfast was really good and the pool was a nice perk after a long day.
