Inside a bit in disarray. And the major issue, after check in I tried to get in some well needed rest. That's when the "horse" started galloping in the room above me. I let it go for awhile, than I went to the front desk to ask what's happening. Nothing was resolved. The galloping continued, again i went to the front desk, asked them to move my room or the one above me...nothing. This happened 3 more till they moved me upstairs. To say the least given the cost of the room, I'll never stay at this hotel brand EVER AGAIN.

The room was dirty and the bathroom smelled of body odor. The eat-in area was quite small and the options there were extremely limited. The door to the room looked like it was broken into and a new lock put on.

Cons: Bathroom mirror wasn’t cleaned. Tried to get two more pillows and was told they’d try but they’d have to charge me. Breakfast was poor. Didn’t even try to eat it the second day. The air conditioner kicked out black chunks all over the floor and onto my kid and the bed when she was sleeping. Pro: room was big, had a decently large refrigerator and a microwave in the room.

My reservation was cancelled although I received multiple emails stating I could pay at check in. Front desk attended couldnt even find my reservation at first and then told me it was canceled because my payment was declined. He was rude and suggested I go to hotel 35 miles away.

Love the stay the only complaint I have is the outside grass area is full of dog poop and garbage near fence.

Pet friendly success! Was nervous to stay pet friendly hotel but it was great- Very clean and comfortable for all. Nice price point with fridge and microwave, plenty of space and all the amenities good. Breakfast was great as well. Would stay again with my family.

The room was clean, but it was sparsely furnished. The sink drained slowly, and the mattress was worn out. The staff was rarely visible, appearing only occasionally. The breakfast provided was barely satisfactory.

The room was spacious. The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbor. There was no closet but there was a spot to hang clothes. The bathroom sink was very small. There was a fairly good selection for breakfast. There was no elevator to the second floor. There was towel service but not full daily room service, which was fine.
