The staff were amazing, always willing to help anytime of the day. The people at the front desk while I was there were awesome, also the staff at the restaurant. My only regret is not booking for another day. I can't name one thing i didn't like.

Great stay at The Pell. The beds and rooms are incredibly comfy. Looks like the hotel recently did a huge overall of the property. You can tell they created a beautiful new space. The grounds/landscaping are so beautiful and well manicured. You can tell it wasn't a cheap flip. Very cozy stay near many things via car! I thought the parking charge was a little silly considering the location, size of parking lot of hotel. Just add that into the rate of the room. Totally unnecessary.

Comfort as well as a friendly staff Lunch menu had only one option because everything was out of stock. I paid extra charge for more than one tax and I already paid in full before arrival. I questioned the charge to the front desk and he said that’s what they do. I expected a parking extra charge. Not more tax or room charge. Seemed dishonest. Guess that’s a booking issue. Not sure what pre paid in full I didn’t understand

Plenty of plugs to charge devices in room. Good size working frig. Nice TV and AC worked well. Good location close to Newport downtown. Lacks sitting areas outside of the room. Seems clean though we found a Q-tip on floor in bathroom. Not pet friendly and $175 pet fee. No complimentary coffee bar.

Dated a bit but the staff was great and location was good.

Location was good. No elevator and we had a 3rd floor room. Room was very tight, no space between ens of bed and wall with TV. Only 1 side of bed had a nightstand.

We really loved our stay at The Pell. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The property was very nice and a quick drive to everywhere we wanted to go (mansions, Bowen’s wharf, etc.). The fire pits were very nice and breakfast was great. I’d definitely recommend staying here for a trip to Newport.

There are two floors..and no elevators..if I was in a wheelchair and booked a room..and it happened to be on the 2nd floor..how would I get there..
