Great swimming pool Free and ample parking The parking lot was full ….. now you know why. Hyatt- congrats and when are you coming to Georgia?

A special thank you to Radu Sav, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. From making the check-in process seamless to helping us problem-solve any issues that came up, he made sure we were well taken care of. The room was so cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was honestly hard to get out of bed! We had such a wonderful experience and will absolutely be back. Thank you to Radu and the entire team at The Pell for making our stay so memorable!

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, and great suggestions for places to visit! They even gave Pokémon cards to the kids, which made my sons so happy. 😊 We had a great stay!

The hotel was in a great location. It was very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The outdoor fire pits were so cute and the pool area was perfect. Great staff and bar area too.

Everything was lovely. Rooms are clean, nice bar, breakfast was good, and pool was relaxing. Expensive though.

Nice renovation, decent price considering the area, while not being too far from downtown Newport. No elevators. No big deal for me despite heavy suitcases, but certainly a problem for a lot of elderly or disabled people. Unsure why the property (and the brand) are not considering installing one, I suppose this is against regulations and somehow discriminatory. Unless their is a dedicated elevator for disabled perosns, not accessible to other customers, in which case this would be fine.

Good clean hotel. It seems like everything has been updated recently. The rooms were clean and fresh. The bed was very nice and comfortable. They have a good sized restaurant and a pool. They do fire pits out back at night.

They added a really nice pool and fire pits to the property. Shower could have had more pressure.

Great people and high comfort in the room

Pool was awesome. Hotel was clean and new. Staff was accommodating. Only down side was our room had 2 queen beds , and honestly they felt more like fulls. My wife and I gave up and just slept in different beds. Location was great. 20 dollar Uber to Newport. All the fun without any of the parking stress or hassle.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pell. Everything was clean. Staff was very helpful and kind. We didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant but it looked gorgeous. We will definitely be returning
