We really enjoyed the mobile contrast therapy! This was our highlight There was a wedding party staying there and the parking spots were a bit challenging but overall everything was great here.

Great stay for my solo trip
-
All good

The hotel was beautiful but be mindful there is no elevator. Also saw they said they had a Shuttle to town but there wasn’t one.
-
It was 4 star quality and very nice. A short drive to the beaches & Cliff Walk. Eat at Anthony's Stairs nearby!

Great property! Would have enjoyed the pool but it was closed due to work being done nearby

This is my second time staying at the Pell. Rooms are clean, modern, and spacious. Staff is always friendly. Property is well maintained and quiet! Love this hotel.
-
Everything was great, but the pool wasn’t open yet. That is the only negative.

Great spot
-
The place is super nice and clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are super helpful. The hotel design is very pretty and gives a very good vibe for the vacation. I can’t wait for the pool to be finished so we can come back again! None

Worth the price. Its like 8-10 mins away from Bowen's and Long wharf. I love their sit- down breakfast, food options are great. Spacious separate living room, a library, fitness center and a bar.

Wonderful coastal feel. Spacious and clean rooms. Lobby/public spaces are really nice for gathering, talking
-
Our only criticism is the lack of sound insulation between rooms. Even light noises from neighboring rooms were easily audible, which occasionally impacted the overall comfort of the stay.

Chose this location due to pool and outdoor seating on website. However, upon checking in found it was all still under construction. No outside seating area, no pool. Was placed in a room that shared a wall with the staircase and heard people going up and down late into the night (249). Switched rooms and didn't have any other problems. Restaurant staff was not great (except for Jesse). Food was ok. Received a free drink coupon for my room troubles. Tried to use it for coffee and the staff had no idea what it was. Ordered a vanilla latte and received a latte with no vanilla. Not a great experience, was pretty disappointed. Will not stay here again.

Clean and spacious room, very lovely and quiet. Comfy bed and amazing powerful rain shower

Friendly staff, clean location, very accessible to Newport and cute bar/restaurant on site. Allows dogs, there were guests who do not clean up after dogs and it was disgusting with these messes outside right near door.
