Nice staff, good breakfast . The rooms need refurbishing., wallpaper peeling and carpet had several stains which was icky Staff very pleasant and good breakfast

Nice place beds were comfortable the shower was not very good but overall it was nice

Clean room and staff on duty went above and beyond in meeting my needs. Appreciate the on-site gym which let us snuck in a quick work out session burning off some calories from all the wonderful New England food.

Bathtub had been updated w/new faucet and shower head...poorly finished; really sloppy. Tub has a slight slope from side to middle I presume to direct water but it makes standing a bit unsure as there is not a flat surfact to stand on. No non-slip surace or mat. Not comfortable because of that. Safety bar was installed on the back wall of the shower which was a bit of a stretch to reach, but more importantly, if you were holding on to the bar for safety there wasn't enough water pressure for the new shower head to reach my standing body. I'm not sure I would stay there again. Although I understand it's Newport...it was pricey for condition.

Everything was great

This hotel was in an excellent location for our stay and generally was well looked after. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was adequate The pool was a little warm for swimming and we had a problem with the shower head but nothing that spoilt our stay.

Property is very conveniently located, within 10 minutes of Newport and close to highways. Breakfast and especially the coffee was great, although the same every day. Fresh ground coffee and lemon water available all day is a nice perk. Definitely not fancy but comfortable.

The breakfast was better than expected. Some fruits, yogurt, pastries, eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. All of the staff seemed interested in making sure they were each doing their part to make the guests pleased with the facility. I would stay here again.

Very clean and centrally located to everything, shopping, restaurants and less than 10 minutes drive to downtown Newport. Breakfast was great; however it was the same every day, I wish they changed it a bit. Overall great stay.

Tracey at the front desk was superb and great to chime in with suggestions and assistance! The staff overall were very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and conveniently located to a wide range of activities. We only ask that the smoke alarms be less sensitive to steam from showers. Otherwise, a wonderful stay with plans to return for future trips.

The was helpful but the some amenities was not standard qualify,especially shower was awful and breakfast items are are not enough and quality would be on guest expectation
