Room was clean Shower handle didn’t work properly Front desk was helpful providing beach chairs and towels

Pet friendly hotel near the beach. The breakfast was pretty dismal but there is a tiny cafe /deli down the street that makes great ice coffee. Flap next door is great. The beach across the street Is overrun with Red Sea weed and smelled awful but second beach is 6 min away. The staff is very nice but cleaning leaves much to be desired. Our bathroom floor was filthy and someone left a pair of underwear in our room that was never cleaned out.

Falling apart

Lovely place! Rooftop hot tub and lounge seating overlooking the pond was a highlight.

They promised to provide some cookies (which is not offsetting the issue of not having a proper sleep in a suite because you have to share your bed with an infant), but failed to deliver even that promise. Moreover, there was some dirty garbage which (like a beetroot or so), which finally colored some of our things. And despite our request in the morning to clean the room it was not cleaned within a day and in the evening we heard “sorry, there’s no one to help you now, as it is late”. The breakfast experience is one of the worst I have ever had: plastic dishes, no one cleaning the tables and very poor quality food The photos in booking.com seem to be edited and are materially overselling the value of the venue

Pet friendly. Spacious with a living room and bed room. Close walk to Easton beach and the cliff walk. Staff was super nice. Also free bikes you can rent which is included and awesome

Great location steps from the beach and close to the local attractions. The continental breakfast was a great thing, especially with the kids. Workout room was helpful to maintain my exercise program. They also have beach chairs if you want. Staff was very friendly. Definitely a thumbs up for your Newport trip.

Lovely view of the ocean in our room. The staff was phenomenal. Slightly disappointed in the hot tub condition but with the ocean right there, it wasn’t missed

Location across the street from beach. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Pool and hot tub inside if weather doesn’t cooperate and outdoor hot tub on roof with beautiful views. Convenient breakfast with many options set up each morning.

The building is old, floors squeaky, some mildew smell and we were staying in the main building, where the guests registration office is at. In some positive note - Bedding and bathroom is well decorated and friendly staffs.

Great location close enough to Newport! Beach across the street, short walk to cliff walk, short drive to the main attractions of Newport. Friendly staff. Outdoor hot tub was nice but need a decent time when everyone else is busy! Wish they had an outdoor pool!

My room was really small. The room needed to be upgrade. I had made reservations for king bed. They only had a queen for me. It was over 1,000 for 2 nights. Was disappointed with my room. The locate was perfect.

Wonderful staff and fantastic location for exploring Newport!

We had a corner suite (separate bedroom, TV and closet room and separate bathroom). Navy blue decorating. Had a view from both windows of the beach and sea. Walking distance to the beach as well as local restaurants and ice cream parlor, Friendly staff. n.a
