The overnight stay was exceptional. The room was clean the staff was great.

Please allow free parking. I was told parking is $20 a day.

So close to the Mall of America and the airport. Very convenient! We’ll stay here again next time we are around the area.

Overall, a beautiful hotel however, air conditioning in the room didn’t work and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable

Had to call frontdesk to have an engineer bring up a power strip to charge our phones next to beds because the built-in outlets on the lamp wouldn't hold the chargers in place - they kept falling out and there were no other options near the bed to charge phones. Everything was okay, but looked pretty outdated and dingy. Everything just looked like it needed some fresh paint and attention, like it had been a decade or more since anything had been cared for other than a quick cleaning. The shuttle to the airport was the best part - prompt and took good care of making sure we got the right place and our luggage was handled. Overall, it was okay for an overnight before a flight but I wouldn't want to stay there longer. I expected higher quality from Hilton and was disappointed.

The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was that most of the outlets were very loose and we were unable to charge our devices.

Nice staff. The manager let us check in early at 2pm which was nice due to exhausted kids. The hotel is a bit run down from the look of the furniture in the lobby and rooms but it was clean. Pool was nice.
