Motel 6 Mobile, AL

No .. no. And no. Rude. No shampoo no conditioner no body wash. Bed horrible. Hot. Barely came with a towel.

Rundown. Not clean. No amenities. Felt like I was in central Russia. ☹️

I had bugs all over my bed and was told I would have to leave if I wanted my money back I was 10 hrs away from home on a business trip I want my money back

No breakfast

Check-in was easy and quick. Lobby was warm. Room was hot with AC off; took 3 hours to cool after beach day—very upsetting. Room smelled like chlorine/chemicals. No shampoo/conditioner provided despite two front desk requests. Showerhead and handle busted and leaked. Bed clean and comfortable. Spotty Wi-Fi with buffering. Overall C- stay. Wouldn't stay again.

There was mildew all around the tub and on the shower curtains.. The hallways was trashy needed vacuuming. We went and bought our own blankets to sleep with. Pillow cases were stained up and blanket had cigarette burns but however it’s non smoking. Guy at the desk had no worries in the world. Towels was brown and was supposed to be white

Bathroom was nasty. Couldn’t take showers because of the nastiness. Room was older but stunk like a dog.

Thin walls. I heard guest door closing all night until I left at 5 AM.

Was able to do earlier check in.

The first room was horrible and the second was okay. The staff was helpful and we made it work.

Dog's inside wasn't clean enough for me

I love that it is located by so many food places and stores. The facility is newly renovated and it looks amazing The only thing I didn’t like is that they don’t provide breakfast

Cleanliness, at the very least. Door lock was not secure without manual old-fashion swing lock. Vinyl floor. No visible vending machines and no coffee.

Facility is not well maintained

The best part was the renovations in the upgrades that were added to the property it's a big win for the hotel and also for the customer I didn't like the housekeeping staff they were rude uptight and lied about not having paper towels or trash bags like isn't that your job?

The beds and towels were horrible

It was clean and they had a pool It smelt like cigarettes in the building

I had a HORRIBLE experiance going on at another property and phoned this propery to explain my incident and she assured me that wouldn't happen at this property and would personnely assured the room would be what I was looking for. She was right the room was perfect. The gentleman that checked me in was super nice and friendly. Thanks guy yall are amazing. They are under being remodeling so there was only coffee which honestly i had my heart set on a Panara everything bagel which I got in Pensacola.

The prices was perfect, location was good and people were very friendly They were obviously renovating. It was quite a few people working all the time. Not a really big deal though

They have really did an awesome job on the new room renovations.
