Thank you

Plenty of parking space. Check-in and check-out was quick and without any hassles. We forgot something in the room and realized that a few days later. Called them up and got a confirmation that it had been found and kept safely.

Was ok for the one night I was there

Check in took a very long time. Property only had 1 person working front desk. He was great, but there were too many checking in for one. Once in room the sofa bed did not have bedding but there was no one to bring bedding due to lack of employees. The next morning ants were found in the room and on sofa bed. Requested the room to be cleaned and sheets changed. Only the bed was changed and no sheets were added to sofa bed. They did fix issue by moving to another room. Breakfast was not worth the extra cost. Pool closed at 7pm.

Stayed for a lacrosse tournament. Ran out of towels for the pool and for the rooms . Not the cleanest at all. Pool closes at 7. Breakfast was a 4/10

The lobby was humid and AC clearly didn't work well. There were portable units all over the place. Lobby furniture was tattered. It took way too long to check in for no good reason. The tap to pay wasn't working at the front desk. Hotel was depressing.

This was a terrible experience from the moment I walked in. As I was trying to check in another guest was the the reception desk requesting a new room because her room smelled like "Death". The hotel clerk said I was registered for 2 rooms, which I was not. She then said "well I will charge you for both rooms then you can dispute with your credit cad company" I asked 4 times to speak with the manager. He never came to speak with me. As far as the room goes: outdated, mold in shower, bathroom rusty. Faucet leaked all day/night long. I requested towels as we were only given 2 for 3 people in the room..they never arrived either. So disappointed and frustrated with zero help from the staff.

Better staff

Nothing . Definitely not Holiday Inn standard and we have stayed in many of your hotels. The hotel is very much in need of updating, carpets are patched together and not clean. Front Desk Staff was not friendly or knowledgeable. Breakfast only provided if you paid.

more breakfast options and more amenities

I liked the location There was only one lady working and had a line of customers waiting. The place was not as clean as expected. There was a smell in the room, the office chair was broken, and I was woken up at 8 am for house keeping even though my checkout was at 11.
