Courtyard by Marriott Scranton Montage Mountain

Front desk went above and beyond to fix a maintainence issue in evening. Beds were clean and comfortable. “Accessible”room had tub, not walk in shower. Tub and toilet in separate room from sink, had no nightlight and no counter to put dry clothes on. Hotel is under new management so some confusion with Bistro order. Seemed to be short staffed.

Everything was perfect. The hotel was wonderful, the service was excellent, and everything was just the way it should be. We had a great stay and would definitely come back again.

The entrance into this hotel was terrible, as the neighboring property is under active construction and the driveway entrance was "partial." Otherwise our stay was comfortable.

Amanda who checked us in was extremely nice . No vending machines , window curtain was torn, lamps were dusty and lamp shades were torn . Complimentary coffee has become standard when traveling and staying in a hotel . Certainly not up to what I would consider Marriott standard .

Hotel very convenient for concerts at Montage Mountains Pavilion. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Check in was quick and easy.

Love this hotel the gym nice quiet rooms and close to restaurants.

Building is old and not well maintained. We told the front staff that the toilet would not stop running on our second day, and nobody showed up fix it. There was no blow dryer in room. Will not stay again.

free parking, good location, simple check-in with accommodations for very late check-in, stocked bathroom products and hair dryer were nice. there was no television remote in the room, television was not able to be used. expected more bathroom cleanliness at a Marriott property.

Room is good but they clearly cleaned with dirty water which made the room smell pretty bad walking in. I bring my own cleaning products everywhere I go, so I re-cleaned and sprayed the floors and opened the sliding door to let the smell out. The balcony floor paint is badly peeled. Other than that it’s a good stay. Just think it’s time for a maintenance inspection, begin addressing the wear and tear and ensure housekeeping is not using the same cleaning clothes for every single room and mopping with over used water.

We checked -in at 11pm and went straight to bed. We had noticed the room was a bit humid, but thought that it was because the AC had been off. We got up in the morning to find that the entire carpet was wet. I went to the from desk to let someone know. The woman said that she would let maintenance know. She didn’t offer an apology or explanation. I asked if there was any water damage that she knew about and she said “no”.

The location was fantastic! The bed could have been more comfortable.

Where shall I begin....used toilet in room upon arrival, toilet wouldn't flush. Toilet paper rationed, one roll was nearly empty, the other roll was half used. No extra toilet paper. No toilet plunger available, no maintenance person on site, real nice ?
