Location and room size. Sofa and chair were extremely worn.
-
Location and staff were good Hot tub was broken, key to door jammed and had to switch rooms, microwave in room not working. Place feels not maintained. Breakfast was just ok.

The front desk staff were amazing. The first room they gave me had an atrocious odor. They gladly gave me another room. The cleaning products have a horrible smell. Found a large beetle in my bathroom, second time this has happened.

I liked that it was close to where we were going. The bed was too hard. It felt like sleeping on thinly cushioned cement.

Upon checking in we noticed the kitchenette light did not turn on. The clerk/ manager was fast and responsive. The light couldn’t be fixed at the time so he upgraded us to a larger room. Nice pool & hot tub, good quick breakfast. Would stay again.

This is my second visit to this property. It is always clean and the rooms are large and the receptionist Morgan was very friendly and helpful. She was professional and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. It is in a very convenient location, and well worth the money. The 2-bedroom suites are very spacious and comfortable. fully stocked. We enjoyed our week there. And the pool/hot tube area was nice and clean each day. Not to mention the complimentary ice cream, water and soda.
