I lived my stay I slept good and the pool was amazing and the breakfast was great

Friendly staff, Spacious room, very clean close to restaurants and shopping.

Hotel is pretty new. Quiet location. Nice sized room. Ample parking. Friendly staff.

Awful dirty place. Didn’t have a room for us and couldn’t provide an alternative. Our 4 young children had to sleep on the floor of another hotel. Stay far far far far away from this place.

The location is great as it is close to restaurants and stores. I loved the view from the room. We saw the fireworks for July 4th from our room. I wish the pool was bigger. Also, the check in was at 4:00pm but they were behind the schedule and we had to wait around 20 mins. to check in.

Location The AC fan was broken and made sounds all night long. We arrived late night and could not get another room. It made the sleep unbearable, was up all night due to the sound of the AC fan.

this hotel is very close to I 81 going north toward New York. We love to stay here and there are so many wonderful shops nearby.

Nice hotel in convenient location. Rooms are very large and clean. Beds are comfortable.

the fitness center was under renovation. The beds were not comfortable. The pillows were not comfortable. The shower wall had some random debris on them. The shower curtain had hair on it. The outdoor fireplace was littered with cigarette butts and I do not even know what white looking substance was on it. Heineken beer bottle caps on the couch. I'm not even sure the fireplace was on. I saw the condition and didn't bother. The spa was also out of order. For some reason the bed also caused me to become very itchy. Knowing I have an allergy to dust mites, it makes me question the overall cleanliness of the room..

Good value. Lots of food options in the area. Great room, comfortable and quiet. I was a solo traveler but the many families I saw on a Saturday morning in the breakfast area looked to be enjoying their stay as well. One small request, next remodel chose bedside lamps with USB ports. I forgot my phone adaptor and had to use the TV.

Location No gym

The hot tub was down and that is one reason we stay at this property. Hopefully it will be repaired by the time we return in 3 days. They need to put some hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels to dry. They have one towel bar only. Toilets are standard and older folks would benefit from a grab bar on the small wall on the left side across from the toilet. My key card needed to be programmed twice and still didn’t work. We have stayed at this property four times now and will stay twice more in the next week. We enjoy the sitting area in the rooms vs having only beds to sit on.

We were there with our young grandchildren. We enjoyed the pool and the range of breakfast options. The staff was all very helpful.

The room was pretty clean. The sink in the bathroom of the room took a long time to drain. Everything else was great.

The free breakfast had a wide variety of food options to choose from. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. They also had complementary pink lemonade and dessert at check-in.

Some of the furniture needs replacement

All the sofas are old and stained but everything else is clean and the staff was awesome. Beeakfast was delicious also. Other than the old sofas this was near a 5 star experience. We will definitely go back and recommend to others. Old stained sofas with worned out padding and jacuzzi bubbles wasnt working and the water wasnt hot, it was just warm. And most of the mattresses were caved in the middle.
