Hotel had a very weird smell throughout the building including our room. The breakfast itself had really not much of anything good flavored, and the coffee was cold.

The keys to the rooms constantly failed, like 5 times, it wasn’t just our room but several of my family members experienced the same thing, Very nice staff though and good location.

Good location. Rooms are good sized but very dated: old and stained furniture and carpets. Beds need upgraded. The biggest issue for us and several other guests were the door locks and key cards. Key cards stopped working after a single use- needed to replace a couple of times and the locks/door handles loose. Front desk seemed to think this no big deal:(

The place is clean and quiet. The staff were quite friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to stay at.

However, I would recommend the hotel consider replacing the carpeting in the rooms with regular flooring, like LVT that resembles hardwood. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

The front desk was very helpful. It’s a very nice new hotel great rooms.

The women for breakfast was very kind and amazing she went above and beyond... The staff was helpful and thank you for such a pleasant stay... God bless

A basic hotel but unfortunately our room was quite dirty - hair in bathroom, stained couch, and dirty clothes stuck behind the bed.

I booked 2 queens and a double sofabed as per their description. When we removed the cushions to pull out the bed,it was wooden slats and was filthy underneath. I went to the front desk and the person on duty said she was not familiar with this property, she was filling in. She said she would send up her relief who was supposed to come in at 11:00pm ( it was already after 11). I went back to the front desk at 11:30 and that person apparently didn’t get any message. He eventually came up. By then we were wanting to get to sleep.He pulled out a shelf from underneath that had a twin mattress in it! Their version of a double sofabed was a twin mattress in a wooden box on the floor! It is impossible for a senior citizen to rest that way so I ended up on the narrow couch. This was definitely false advertising and a crime for what I was charged for the night. There was a wide black stripe on the bathroom mirror which looked liked someone had used a marker on it. Breakfast was marginal. The property looked tired. Best thing was the restaurant across the parking lot.

Upon using the bathroom shower, I noticed mold along the connection between the wall and tub. I was repulsed by that, but needed to shower. Upon lying on both Queen beds, I could feel many coils in the mattresses. The beds definitely had outlived their life. Overall, I'd be hard pressed to recommend this hotel based on my experience. If it is updated, it would be improved.

Had a problem with shower and the desk gentleman came up and fixed it right away. Very clean property. Ample towels. Nice firepit outside for guests. Super nice continental breakfast. Nice views from windows and lots of parking. Safe neighborhood. Would stay again for sure!

This is a lovely hotel, convenient to shopping, food and I-81. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful

The property is not well kept at all. The thermostat in the room didn’t function and the air conditioner barely did anything. The night lights on the bed did not work. Our bathroom had the end of a roll of toilet paper on check in.

Our room was not ready until 2.5 hrs after check-in without apology. The desk person acted like we were the inconvenience for showing up. The lobby was full of others that were waiting as well. The couch had a large obvious urine stain; sheets with another stain; water spots on ceiling. We asked for more towels and were told they did not have any. After further request, desk person stated she would "check the dryer". She came back with two. Gym closed for renovation; pool open, but water was stagnant - no circulation pump. Breakfast was decent, the employee was the bright spot of our stay. I reported this on the hotel review and was emailed back with a plan for "internal investigation into the front desk staff;" unfortunately, the email was from the lady that provided us with such poor service. I would not stay here again.

We had a disappointing experience during check-in, but the manager listened to our concerns at check-out and made it right with us before leaving. We would probably stay again.
