SpringHill Suites by Marriott Scranton Montage Mountain

Overall a decent place to stay but overpriced for the amenities or lack of. Location is good with plenty of parking. My biggest complaint is that the fitness center was closed for renovations. This was not disclosed when I booked. I would have chosen other nearby accommodations had I known. The staff was apologetic but offered no remedies or even a partial refund. Highly unlikely that I will stay there again in the future.

would definitely stay here again.

In town for parents weekend at The University of Scranton. The hotel was conveniently located, only a ten minute ride to campus, was very clean and spacious. We will return.

Very good

the staff very nice the noise in the room and the set up not convenient

The decor is a bit dated but the bathroom was very nice! The beds and linens were hotel quality and very comfortable. The lighting wasn't great but I am a person who enjoys a lot of light and it may have been where our room was positioned in the building.

Exceptional

Our room was perfect. Clean, quiet and comfortable bed. After a good night's sleep and a filling breakfast we were on our way again. We will definitely stay again!

One of my favorite places to stay

We wanted to love this spot . Our room ( 330) the shower door leaked and flooded the bathroom floor, the bathroom door was off its rollers and wouldn’t easily open or close , toilet seat was broken and I needed to ask for more toilet paper as there was none in the room . The breakfast was excellent and the gentleman who prepared it was very nice . The gentleman at the desk when we came in at 8:30 was as well . The area is safe and our room was quiet and we appreciate that .

Great staff, food, safe.

The staff at Springhill Suites was very friendly and helpful. The property itself could use some updating. The bed was comfortable but the toilet ran intermittently all night.

EVERYBODY at the front desk was amazing 👏

Great location for Montage Mountain events. Clean, efficient hotel; super helpful staff. Gym was closed. I'm not a fan of these breakfasts, but I would say it is as-advertised.

Seamless check in. Very nice lobby great room friendly staff
