Mattress was terrible, squishy, worn out springs, maybe the worst excuse for a bed I've ever had to sleep on. Everything else was fine for the price.

The staff here was very professional and courteous! The room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing! We will be back!

Great rate Bathroom was somewhat clean, top of the bathroom shower on the rod was some used towels from the previous customers, tried to tell the cleaning people what we found. The lady did not speak hardly any English and did not understand us. The gentleman somewhat understood translated in Spanish only.

The property was older but nice. The workout room was a bit far from our room but it was fine

Enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were nice.

Breakfast was great. Room was clean but humid and smelled. Mattress were worn out and sink in the middle. Felt like walls are paper thin and hearing conversation from other rooms. No water pressure from the shower and need a lot of patience… glad we only booked 1 night.

It's just a nice place to stay. I've been there a couple of times now. It's comfortable, clean, and convenient to Scranton. I love the little livingroom area in the room.

Only problem…the WiFi was very slow…4.72 megabits down… 0.13 megabits up

Nice staff housekeeping did wonderful with getting up with hotel. It smelled and looked clean definitely recommend. This is where im coming back to when im in town. GREAT job staff!

Room was great, clean and comfortable. Roomy, which was nice. Front desk staff were all very nice. Breakfast could have been better, need more sweet rolls and the bacon was poor. Also the coffee was weak, don't care for that machine.

Toilet didn’t flush in in first room, couldn’t get anyone to fix it,second room, bathroom hinges made horrible noises, went and bought penetrating oil and fixed it myself, staff was complaining constantly in hallways . The front desk staff were very friendly and seemed eager to please but maintenance left a lot to be desired
