Everything was great

Breakfast was less than most HI we’ve stayed in.

I stayed here two years and remembered I liked the hotel, and I was hoping it was still a good place. And it was! Everything was very clean, and the staff pleasant and helpful. I especially liked that I had a walk-in shower, as my balance is not what it used to be. My only wish is that the parking lot was better lit at night, but I find that true of most hotel properties. A+ !

Nice property, it's a bit confusing getting to the hotel from either direction off I-81

I liked seeing the note from the hotel staff who cleaned our room. I believe ours was Lynn. The room was perfect. The bed was really comfy. I need to know what mattress and pillows they use. I would like to stay there again if needed. I liked that this was dog-friendly. The breakfast area was cramped, and the bacon was paper-thin. I was disappointed to see no hot tub by the pool area, but the pool was at a good temperature. Other than those things, I enjoyed my stay here.

Pretty decent hotel. Staff were very polite and nice. The location was the best thing about the facility. It was near a lot of stores and only 10 mins from montage mountain resort.

Breakfast has always been very good! The location of the hotel is ideal for us as it's an easy off- easy on for Interstate travel. We will definitely use again.

The breakfast was very good. And the staff was professional and friendly. Our room was right outside the cleaning staffs hub. They were very loud early in the AM.

The first room that was assigned to us, the mattress was filthy. there were crusty stains and what looked like bed bug excrement in the stitching of the mattress. I went to the front desk to ask for another room and was offered the one next the first one. That one smelled like vomit, and the mattress was filthy as well. I reported the condition again to the front desk, to then be told there were no more rooms available, and that the hotel was booked solid. I was traveling with my family of and have 2 small kids and a small dog.
