room was very clean and bed was quite comfortable. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast. my neighbors in the room next to me on my first night/morning were quiet. But i think i had different neighbors the day after because they were VERY loud. At one point, I thought they were fighting. this was at 6am in the morning. Seeing that I had planed to check out by 8am i didn't raise a fuss. If i were checking out later and needed more rest i would have called the office for sure.

Took my reservation but told me it was cancelled as soon as I got there. Very sketchy and poorly maintained.

rooms are being nicely updated. rooms are nice sized, hot water readily available and beds were quite comfortable. fairly easy to find, and nicely located near eateries.. although Monday nights are a little "iffy' on availability. (No fault of the hotel)

1. They charge $150.00 deposit from the guest. 2. Room maintenance found very poor. Bathroom shower was broken. Water leaks all over the bathroom. 3. Front desk do not act when guest has got complain. 4. Hotel's main door were not opened till 7.30 am

Nothing Absolutely nothing they charge alot you have to put a deposit down they only have 5 tv channels

The rooms were clean, but there were a couple things that were broken or stained before we arrived. The state of the outside of the building. Looked run down.

Not far from where I needed to be. Dirty, bedding was so stained and looked like it wasn’t changed for awhile. Found a dead bed bug. Had to go buy bug spray and my own bedding.

The first room my girlfriend and I got there were baby cockroaches crawling in the bathroom sink.. and there were two others that were bigger. I took pictures.. so they put us in a room on the other side n that was better.

The room did not have soap or shampoo. Staff provided soap but no shampoo when requested. Motel charged $--- for the room and charged my credit card $150.00 for deposit. Motel failed to credit my credit card for the $150 deposit (overcharge for room).

Everything. Especially the $150 deposit to stay in that... Filth.

That the beds were clean Stayed for only 6 hrs. Bathrooms had stains and bathtub had rust stains. Paid for breakfast and confirmed at the check-in that it was included. No breakfast at 7:30. No one to be found. Had to ring the emergency bell to wake the receptionist up. Have not returned the security deposit $150 USD yet
