Econo Lodge Scranton near Montage Mountain

There was no wash clothes and the housekeeper said they can't give us any because they can't give what they don't have also there was 1 pillow on bed and she gave me 1 flat old pillow and the worst part is the floor was dirty housekeeper said when she's done with all her rooms she will clean it but she never returned

That the beds were clean Stayed for only 6 hrs. Bathrooms had stains and bathtub had rust stains. Paid for breakfast and confirmed at the check-in that it was included. No breakfast at 7:30. No one to be found. Had to ring the emergency bell to wake the receptionist up. Have not returned the security deposit $150 USD yet

Nothing Dirty, poor service & rude all together

The exterior was straight out of a horror movie.

When you book they dont let you know theres a $150 deposit and that if u have card it comes in 7-14 business days BUT THEY SCAM YOU OUT THE $150 IF YOU PAY BY CARD THEY DONT HAVE TAP AND PAY SO THEY ASK IF U WANNA PUT IN THE CARD NUMBERS It’s hard to find the rooms bc it’s not in the same building as check in , it’s in the middle of nowhere they don’t serve breakfast

Nothing! This hotel is under major renovations. The location, if you can find it, is on a dark dead end street, along Rt 81. Everything! Building is in disrepair. Painy buckets and supplies line the lobby hallway. Dumpsters are around the outside parking lot. This Econo lodge should not be on Booking.com, It is not inhabitable.

The out side to trashy

A lady her name is Kim, some like that know down my door room so hard and asking if we leaving or staying I told her we're leaving in a few minutes and she told me that was 11am. Check out time and if I stayed any longer it was going to be extra charge. I am very disappointed

Tv wasn't working

The floor was messed up, I know they are renovating but was still a newly renovated room and still had issues. It smelled like cigarettes and the internet was not working. So couldn't even watch TV.

Nothing because they turned me away even though I had a reservation. They over booked their rooms and turned me away even though I had a reservation. My son and I had to drive home late at night after a long day.

Cigarette butts and old stocking at the shelve on top of closet. No heat, no air, no ice, no tv remote. Both beds mattresses sunk in. The room was dirty. The lobby smelled like vomit.

The floor and table top and dresser top and bathroom counter was filthy I should charge them a cleaning fee! Hardly any of the lights work and the water went from freezing to scalding now in-between ?

That it was pet friendly, and that’s a stretch…as this place needs to be demolished. A crack den would have been a better situation. I’ve never seen anything as bad as this place. Not even in movies.
