Not a very nice to stay had crack heads outside of the door and people fist fighting at 2:30 in the morning

The room was ok but the halls smelled and the bed was broken.

Don’t do it- spend a little more money and find someplace else. I am not a hotel snob. I just want a clean room and to feel safe. The check in person was polite but that’s where it ends. Our room was around a corner, isolated from everything. Someone must’ve been living in a room down from us because they had chairs and trash outside, and the entire area reeked of pot. Our bathroom had dirt and debris on the floor and hairs all around the sink. It felt very unsafe and obviously dirty. Our gut told us to get out of dodge, so we left our key on the dresser and left. It’s hard to believe that Wyndham would have their name on such a place.

I had two rooms side by side, and somehow both were unacceptable. The first room had bugs in the bathroom, including on the floor and in the bathtub. The second room looked like housekeeping never even entered it. The bed linens were completely messed up and hanging halfway onto the floor. The bed honestly looked like someone had just had sex in it and the sheets were never changed. Both rooms also had a strange, disgusting smell. I went to the front desk, explained everything, and asked for a refund. Phillip, the manager, acted like he couldn’t care less. Another employee told me that a refund had been issued through Expedia, so I guess I’ll have to wait and see if that actually happens. I ended up driving another 20 minutes and paying more for a room at Home2 Suites. At least I knew I’d be staying somewhere clean and comfortable. The entire property gave me the impression that it was less of a legitimate hotel and more of a place where people go for questionable activities. That may sound harsh, but that was honestly the atmosphere I experienced. I tried to save a little money, and it ended up being a complete waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra few dollars somewhere else. Bugs, dirty bedding, strange smells, and management that seems completely uninterested in fixing the problem are not acceptable. Never again.

If you pay cash for more than one night make sure that you get a receipt and if more than one night make sure everything is in their computer or you might have trouble getting back in your room

Checked in super late ( almost midnight). Room was clean and cool. No complaints. The front desk person was a little scary and difficult to understand but very nice. Would have been anxiety inducing for a single female traveling alone.

“You get what you pay for”. The walls were so thin we could hear every word next door was constantly arguing about til midnight or so. Bathroom floor super filthy, coverlets on beds stained, noisy AC, remote worked on & off, toilet tank flap had to be manually closed to stop running.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. The pictures did not match the room in real life. Nothing was renovated and clean as advertised. The room smelt like cigarettes, roaches crawling around the room/bathroom, hair in the tub drain. Nothing felt clean. Neighbouring room’s tv sound could be heard all night. I also chose this for the breakfast option. Breakfast was non-existent; just a coffee machine in the lobby that smelt like public bathroom. Didn’t have the appetite to drink as much as the water from that machine. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Gave motel vibes if anything. Absolute horrible experience.

Room was good. I only needed one night. Staff were great.

Room was ok - not completely clean though. Stains on shower curtain and bathroom tile. Toilet was dirty and there was no toilet papee (I had to go ask for a roll.. and the TP holder was missing). The smoke detector in the hallway needed a new battery, so it was cherping all night. And despite stating a "complimentary breakfast from 6:30am-9:30am", there was no breakfast! For the price per night, it was definitely not worth it!

The bed was clean. Roaches.

Rm 150 was clean. The property is in the process of being updated. All areas I was in was very clean and the staff was very professional especially Philip. Was very grateful for the hospitality the staff gave.

Pictures in ad incorrect. Disturbingly filthy and unkept. Shady people loitering. Roof leaking in entry. Sheet wet, stained and smelled. We wanted our money back immediately after entering the room. And had a hard time getting a refund. Henry was the only staff member that helped at all! STAY AWAY!!!!

Once in our room, we were satisfied - the upstairs room was as shown on website - new/renovated.

There was stains on my rags in bed

Not what is atvertise on expidia! Old and broken motel except our room that have been renovated... but the sheet were damp with humidity, shower head broken, smoke detector was beeping for low battery all night. And strong weed odor in the hallway. All the Exterior doors lock were broken. The parking was cars junkyard of some sort... oh and no breakfast in the morning, only coffee!

It was listed as having breakfast but there was nothing not even coffee. Office smelled bad. Room smelled like cigarettes, it was hard to deal with but it was late and I was tired.

The housekeeper Cindy is amazing! She is very nice and helpful! 10 out of 10 would go back for future stays because of how amazing she is, front desk polite as well!
