The facility's rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The air conditioning in our room was broken; when the staff couldn't fix it, they moved us to a suite. The staff were very attentive.

We were told once we got to the hotel that the AC wasn't working & we could get a refund if we didn't want to stay, & that they couldn't give us a fan or money to buy one, but we were unable to find another hotel today that was reasonable at this time due to the FIFA championship being in Philly tomorrow. So we had to go to Walmart & purchase fans to keep our rooms cool I don't think that was right. One elevator is out of order & the other one is very squeaky, the chair in the room covering was peeling, the smoke detector in the room kept beeping and lastly the cabinet door which the fridge & microwave is in was not completely closing (coming off the hinge.

Location was convenient A/C was not working in the entire building

AC did not work at all.

Room was clean. Halls had an odor. Didn't receive adjourned rooms I requested.

The A/C was not functioning, we were very warm trying to sleep. There was another guest who was screaming in the hallway at 4AM that no one did anything about until we had to call down to complain. Got no sleep.

Nothing No receipt, no breakfast, no pool and I tried 3 different days at 3 different hotels and it was the worst by far.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The first room smelled of smoke and other people I was with also has smoke smell in two other rooms. They changed my room without a problem and the room I was in was nice. Also there is no food but they have a coffee shop downstairs and also coffee in the room.

When we got to the 8th floor it smelled like wet clothes or towels thats been sitting all day, then on day 2 it smelled like cigarettes. Then our air conditioner in the room did not work properly. It was consistently like 80 degrees in there.

The room Nothing

Marble floors and spacious rooms Wet floors all the time and a non working restaurant.

The room looked really nice and had a great television. I could not dependably get hot water and the bed was a little bit too firm for my liking.

Check in staff is excellent. Efficient and fast, never have to wait more than 2 minutes to get room cards and head to the room for rest. Yellow wet floor cones all through the main lobby and hallways make the place look silly. Under remodel in certain areas also takes away from the facility. Inconsiderate guests - Room doors close quite loudly echoing through the hallways.

Thermostat was broken, entire floor was 85 degrees. Was impossible to sleep, no comparable room available.
