The Grand Laurel Hotel - Philadelphia

Comfortable bad and space. There were no USB plug anywhere in the room and they didn't even have an one I could barrow to charge my phone. Every other hotels I stayed at all had one available for guests.

I would not recommend this hotel. I’m not a picky person, but at $120 a night, I expect better, especially compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at for the same price. First, the room wasn’t ready. There was a desk, but no chair. I requested and they brought. Thanks. The bathroom door locked on its own. I reported it and it wasn’t handled well. Initially, they wanted to switch my room while I had my personal stuff in the bathroom . The shower wouldn’t stop running. It wasn’t a flood, but the noise was very noticeable and annoying. All that negative experience, I must say the front desk person was professional and tried to help ( Wednesday 09/23/26 at around 11:30 PM ) But overall, this stay was disappointing, and I personally would not recommend this place to anyone.

The stay was a good experience. I have been here several times. Clean and quiet. Pleasant staff. No chair to sit in. This stay there was no chair to the desk. Unable to do my work in a good position.

I would say the deposit for real like I pay so much for the hotel then deposit is another hundred dollars. I don’t see that’s right in my opinion other hotels have $75 worth of deposit.

Ne ressemble pas aux photos! Le lobby est rénové et accueillant mais les chambres ont besoin de beaucoup d’amour!!! Chambre pas nettoyé au quotidien, même pas de serviettes rien! Le personnel est poli et courtois mais ne peuvent rien faire autre que de vous demander d’appeler le gérant! Bref, choisissez un autre hôtel!
