My biggest issue is the A/C would not go below 75 degrees. We set it even to 65 and wouldn’t drop. Room became humid and then there was a smell from it. At night we all were sweaty and felt warm. A/C would be going and cool air was coming out of vents. It was almost as if the cold air blowing out would get sucked into a return vent not visible and wouldn’t circulate the room. Very frustrating especially after being at a water park all day.

Stinky and dirty

The 3-11 male supervisor on August 1 was very rude and disrespectful when I spoke with him

I mean, probably the oddest stay I've ever had at a hotel. The pictures / advertising were deceptive. None of the amenities were open. Couldn't tell if they were gearing up for a renovation or to shut the place down. Like only 5 other guests in the entire 8-story hotel. Creepy vibes everywhere. Any other hotel in the area would have been better than this one.

The room smelled stale a little. There was no coffee in the lobby area where the sold coffee. Staff said the baristas did not come in until 10am which is strange.

This place was just plain gross. The entire place smelled like a weed factory. No luggage carts. No toilet paper. You have to beg for a roll. Tiny scratchy towels. I actually felt cleaner before I took a shower. 6 inches of water collected in the tub the drain was so clogged. The ac does not go below 78. That quite warm for me. They advertise in room coffee. Nope. You have to pay for that also. No amenities what so ever. The pillows stunk like sweat. The beds were creaky and hard. And unless you pay for streaming services. NO TV. I have Netflix and many others but I am not putting my user id and password on their tv…. Not even a local channel. Bad. Just bad. Would never recommend this place.

Very clean and the staff very nice
-
Low score for amenities because there weren't any. Bring your own alarm clock. Wake up available by phone.

The front desk guy was extremely friendly.

The hotel was quiet the 4 night I stayed. The staff was friendly and polite. I especially appreciated their hospitality and ensuring I was a guest most times I entered the hotel making me feel safe. The room was comfortable and clean. The lobby was exceptionally comfortable and the marble floors cleaned daily.

A/C wasn't working, room was 80 degrees. Bath tub was clogged and disgusting. I told them it was not listed online that there would be $100 deposit. They Insisted everyone here charges $100 deposit, but I just checked in RedRoof and there was no deposit.

Air conditioning in the hotel was not working. It was horrible. My friend Steve’s ball were so sweaty we had to order extra towels. There was no chance of sleeping because of the amount of perspiration from my friend Steve’s undercarriage. No joke

Bad
-
AC was not/stopped working in room. Bought 2 fans to try and keep it cool to sleep. Woke up to 82°F all week. Bathroom could have been bigger, no local channels on tv - no coax/antenna cable so had to sign into personal streaming apps

This property shows permanently closed on Apple maps. This hotel is BEYOND RUN DOWN. The parking & grounds are full of weeds. The pool and water part is closed. There are NO CUSTOMERS. There are curtains and ceiling damage to rooms visible form out side looking into the dilapidated building EXPEDIA NEEDS TO REMOVE THIS HOTEL / PROPERTY FROM YOUR search results YES ITS THAT BAD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN

Front desk associate was friendly, courteous, and professional.

Regarding the AC, I read a comment that the AC was down but this was a few weeks ago! Definitely would not book here.
-
No air conditioning at all, both weeks I stayed. Refused to refund my Money. My room Was 81 degrees inside .

Upon arriving the lobby was nice. Tonight's surprise discovered that the AC was out in the building. When I asked how long it had been out I was told the day before which I later found out was untrue because later I looked at other sites reviews and discovered that the AC had been out for 4 days. They offer no compensation and told me that the only thing I could do was get a refund. They didn't even have free water at the least for the guess.

We were told once we got to the hotel that the AC wasn't working & we could get a refund if we didn't want to stay, & that they couldn't give us a fan or money to buy one, but we were unable to find another hotel today that was reasonable at this time due to the FIFA championship being in Philly tomorrow. So we had to go to Walmart & purchase fans to keep our rooms cool I don't think that was right. One elevator is out of order & the other one is very squeaky, the chair in the room covering was peeling, the smoke detector in the room kept beeping and lastly the cabinet door which the fridge & microwave is in was not completely closing (coming off the hinge.
