Room coulda been a little cleaner. biggest complaint was smelling other guest smoking out on balcony

The staff was excellent, the rooms were clean. They could use a bit of an update, but for a beach hotel it was really nice. The linens and a couple things were updated. Full kitchen, shower and tub, balcony, partial ocean view was great. So many things to do you don’t ever have to leave the hotel. Parking was included. Right on the beach, nice beach showers too. We would stay again.

Very nice establishment especially for the price point

As other reviews have stated the resort is very outdated and not very clean!! The staff (other than the bar tenders) are all rude and act as though they hate their jobs!!! We choose this resort as they state they are a smoke free resort! This is the furthest from the truth. We had to deal with a smoker on the balcony below us the entire time we were there. It was so bad we really could not sit out on the balcony and enjoy. When we said something they said it is hard to deal with the issue because it is hard to catch them. The very next day we went to the desk told them they were out smoking right then - the security guard went out, signaled to us that they saw them and then went in. We thought oh good this will stop and we will finally be able to enjoy our beach view balcony. Nope - the smoking did not stop and really only got worse. After retuning home i received a email with a text and an email asking for our opinion on our stay and they asked to reply directly to these so they could address any concerns with us immediately. I sent to both and a week later still have heard nothing back - not even an apology! I will never stay at this resort again or ever recommend for anyone to stay there. They obviously do not enforce their own policies or care about those staying at their resort. Beach views were beautiful shame you can’t enjoy them due to the smoking that is allowed.

We were also cornered by a person trying to sell a timeshare to us. Her desk is located directly next to the front desk. We were told that it’s the second step in the check in process. It was very disappointing that this resort exposes their guests to being deceived into signing up for a 90 minute timeshare session under the false pretense.

Great for families right on the beach with lots of pools for the children. Good cocktails at the bar. Kitchenette in the room. Bring your own pans if you want to cook.

The staff were all friendly and the beach is just steps away.Especially like that the ocean is only short steps away. You don't have to walk very far through the sand before you reach water.Also love the nightly entertainment of DJ and karaoke till 11pm .Breakfast available every morning and reasonable pricing.

When we went to use the pool, it was very dirty. The indoor pool especially looked like it needed a deep cleaning, and I honestly felt disgusted being inside because of how unclean it was. Another issue was the housekeeping. No one came to our room during our stay to clean it or even pick up the garbage. This was very disappointing, especially considering the overall experience and what we expected from the hotel. The worst part of our experience, however, happened right after we checked in. A woman at the hotel offered us discounted tickets and made it sound like a great deal. What she did not clearly explain was that, in order to receive those discounted tickets, we had to travel about 30 minutes away from the hotel to attend a sales presentation that lasted more than three hours. We do not go on vacation to spend three or more hours sitting through a sales presentation just to receive discounted tickets. It ended up wasting a large portion of our vacation. I strongly recommend that the hotel reconsider allowing these ticket sellers to approach guests without clearly explaining the conditions upfront. At first, they are very friendly and make the offer sound great, but after you make the payment, you are told that you must attend a lengthy sales presentation in order to get the tickets.

Have stayed here a few times really like it. This passed time had a little problem with the lady working the desk. And if they are going to be credit card tap to pay shouldn't be a problem people are adding cards to there phone's so they don't have to carry the card.
