Resort Hot tub not hot

We love coral beach for our annual myrtle beach vacation.

Nice property has everything you need Too many kids that’s not the issue but they were playing football in the pool and I almost got him twice

Overall it was good and relaxing First room floor was soaking wet from air conditioner had to change rooms the next day...The next room they put us in had wet paint on the walls.

Nothing The room TV not working, the odor of the room, the insect sticky traps in the room, overall stressful stay.

Location was great, staff was great, pools and activities perfect for kids, breakfast was delicious. Karaoke every night. Key card required for everything including elevator, keeping up with it at the beach and pool, may I suggest wrist bands, parking, do not drive a truck if it has a small lift, my Titan almost scraped in the parking deck. And I know it wasn't the resort fault but the giant dredge pipe laying on the beach.

Even when it rains i wont have to leave the tesort they have it all there! Sink clogged and maintenance didnt really fix it. And the buffet is gone again. Needs a sign ti say NO DRINKS in the pool. Either someone threw up in the pool or a drink with whipped cream was floating out for 2 days in the pool and everyone got out

Everything Nothing

For the amount we paid, this was completely unacceptable. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we were worried about the cleanliness of our room and the possibility of bringing cockroaches home with us. We expected a much higher standard from a resort at this price point.

Sean, the bartender, at ocean 6 bar was the highlight of our trip. The property is very run down. The sink didn’t drain correctly. I had to call for a drain fix on the tub. I had the lumpiest pillow in the history of pillows. They never, once, all week, came in to change our linens! I had to put all my wet towels in a heap outside our door to ever get fresh towels. Very disappointing.

The staff were great! The location was perfect. Everything attached to our tower was under construction, and it seemed to make the other pools and the lazy river much more crowded

The amenities! My room was not clean to say the least. Staff at poolside bar was moody and at times unpleasant! My burners did not work.

Easy check in and check out, staff was very helpful and friendly, room was very clean and comfortable and I really appreciated the text messages checking to see how our stay was going. Also appreciated the female security guard making rounds at the pool area to make sure things were going well. We have stayed at this resort before and have always been very happy with our service. Looking forward to our next trip there.

The room was good and clean.View was nice and my kids loved the pools. The smell especially walking up and down stairway

Cleanliness Wish they had music

Room was decent and bedding was comfortable. Resort offered bowling with an arcade, indoor and outdoor pool, hot tubs and children’s pools along with a small lazy river. They have a restaurant that offers breakfast. Staff was courteous. No supervision with the pools and hot tubs. Children running around the pool areas.The property is smoke free, but guests were still vaping. Cleaning crew never came to our room to bring new towels.
