Nice hotel for the price not very fancy rooms

Stains on all the beds I had to clean shower and sink, kitchen I cleaned as well.. stains on the pull out bed and couch just not clean at all

I loved the location and the bar and pools The sofa bed definitely needed attention and to be cleaned properly. The covers they gave us were extremely thin more like a sheet instead of a cover. The staff was not helpful at all when I requested a cover and sheet for the sofa bed. They told me they didn’t have enough I told them I booked the unit bc I needed that extra sofa bed and to not have any cover or sheet would not be a option bc I paid for the room that I needed and should have got a cover and sheet for the bed that I booked. Eventually we did receive the cover and sheet. You have to call the front desk to get plates spoons etc which took over two hours to receive after requesting it. Front desk was very rude.

The room was not as nice as rooms we have stayed in there before! It was damp and everything in the room was damp the whole time. Our clothes were damp the bed was damp, and bed was very uncomfortable & lumpy!

Location, grounds keeping was great pool access and cleanliness. No ventilation in room fire alarm kept going off when cooking. Requested utensils and was told it would be delivered to room didn't show up until end of the next day. Requested maintenance to fix beeping fire alarm never showed up.

the staff was very nice. the fire alarm in the room did not work and they evacuated at 12 am but we had no clue about it. also, told the front desk about the people next door very loud at 330 am and they didn't do anything about it.

I decided I wanted to stay an extra night and the price to stay for one night which I added was almost as much as what I had paid for five days. I was definitely not pleased with this the stairs to get to your room are a danger hazard, I almost fell trying to get my luggage up those stairs. I never saw one cart for luggage the entire time that I was there. Oh, and the phone in My room Didn’t work the entire time that I was there. I told the girl at the front Desk and all she said was that the phones in some of The rooms didn’t work and have not worked for a while. My big. complaint would have to be when I wanted to stay an extra night and I had to pay almost as much as I paid for five days that I booked originally. That was absolutely ridiculous. I like the fact that I was oceanfront and the location was pretty good.

Nice location. Received a free upgrade from a king room to a suite. Parking was no problem. Room needs updated. Furniture need updated

Everything Stove was broke and microwave handle was broke and something nasty on drapes

Location was good having my car right outside near the room was great!!! Housekeeping was a little slow tho. Ho3yet

Staff was awesome. Beds were very comfortable. The room door handle came right off. Dirty diaper under bed.

Nothing Room had mold, broken bed headboard, chipped toilet sear. Restaurant closed early.

View was great, private balcony was great, room was clean, bed was comfy. Didn't have complimentary breakfast, what they did have was way too much money. $15 for a few pancakes!

I liked that it was right on the beach The room was generally in bad shape and kind of dirty. The pool water and lazy river were dirty and only half of the hot tubs worked. They also charge a resort fee that isn’t covered through booking that I had to pay upon arrival.
