The staff was excellent! The place was clean. My only thing is the walls don’t seem very insulated. We could hear the people above us quite well. The planes also fly right over the hotel, and they are low, as they are landing. So you can hear them. But it wasn’t as bad as what you would think. But I would stay there again.

Everything was good with this hotel except it is right at the end of a runway. If you ever wanted to know what it felt like to be in the Tower when Maverick & Goose buzzed it in Top Gun, stay here & stay on the highest floor lol. Otherwise, breakfast selections were excellent & the staff was very friendly. Room was clean.

The kind lady at the front desk that checked us in, Angel, was truly an Angel. She made the check in process very smooth and even helped with an issue I had that happened earlier in the day. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They made the stay a great experience!

This was an excellent property to stay at! All the reviews I read were spot on to my experience. Clean, well-appointed room that looked super new. Friendly staff. Great breakfast experience. Comfy bed. Great shower. The restaurant at the hotel next door was a great experience. Highly recommend this property.

Avid was a beautiful hotel for my son and I to spend the night. We were in town for the Dylan concert on Saturday and picking up his girlfriend from the airport on Sunday so Avid's close proximity to both downtown Nashville and the airport made it perfect for our purpose. Check in was easy, the staff were welcoming and polite, the room was spotless and very comfortable. You do occasionally hear airplanes overhead but that is to be expected and honestly the soundproofing in the rooms was very impressive. I will definitely stay at Avid again!!

Airport transportation a plus. Snack area not very stocked for late arrival. Nice coffee 24/7 area. In line of airport runway.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. That was my favorite part of it all. I walked out of my room and saw and smelled one of the staff cleaning the rooms and yeah, they take the cleaning seriously. I love that! Everyone at the front desk was lovely. The positive energy and bright smiles were amazing. If I’m ever back in Nashville, I will definitely be staying here again. 10/10!

Everything was excellent! My only suggestion is changing up breakfast options every now and then. Bacon instead of sausage would be nice. Other than that, great!

This is a great reasonable hotel with an exceptionally friendly staff and great breakfast. It is quite modern and minimalist. There are no frills. For example, there are no closets but instead places to hang your clothes. There is minor airport noise, but it didn’t bother us at night. It was super clean and the breakfast staff was superior and the breakfast offerings were very good. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed one night and was very pleased by the modern, clean look of the lobby and room. Staff was friendly. Enjoyed the complete free breakfast the next morning. Hotel is under the airport landing path but was not bothered by the noise while inside the hotel. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Very clean room

The staff was absolutely incredible, especially Angel and Porshia at the front desk. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Both were genuinely friendly, welcoming, patient, and unbelievably helpful with every question and request we had. They made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. They are true assets to this hotel! The property itself is very well maintained. Everything looked fresh, modern, and in excellent condition. You can tell the management takes pride in keeping the hotel looking its best. The amenities were very useful, especially the airport shuttle service. A special shout-out goes to James, our shuttle driver to and from the airport. He was prompt, professional, sociable, and incredibly helpful. He made traveling to and from the airport completely stress-free and greeted everyone with a smile.

There was some confusion regarding payment, but that was cleared up by the friendly day crew. I will gladly stay there again the next time my travels take me through Nashville International Airport
