Great hotel! Staff were nice and very thoughtful. The room was great. The view for the 4th of July fireworks was perfect from the rooftop bar and also from our room.

Very nice and attentive staff, the property is beautiful, and the rooms are spectacular for the price. It’s very close to the airport and has a Chick-Fil-A down the block. A true traveler’s dream! I highly recommend staying here.

Whenever I’m in Nashville this is one of my favorite hotels to stay at. The rooms are good size, the rooftop restaurant has amazing food, and the staff are wonderful. Eyob and Alex did my car valet service and Bri and Anawyn working the front desk are very friendly and accommodating! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

We arrived in the evening to our hotel room and as we opened the door, the first impression was very modern and clean looking. But I assure it was not. We stepped foot in the room and we found crumbs all over the floor, hair, stained bed sheets, stains on the furniture that were “new”…. We called down to the desk and told them about the state of the room and they moved us into a new one down the hall. We were so tired that the first look into the new room seemed ok, we however made the mistake of not looking at the shower when we made the move….. We woke up the next day and I went to get into the shower, and a massive ball of hair was stuck on the shower wall, along with pimple patches all over the tile as well, and the shower floor was dirty. We complained to the front desk about it when we left for our day and asked that it would get looked after and she said she was going to have the manager call me. He finally called and offered us $100.00 for the whole trip and I immediately cancelled the rest of our stay.

Room was clean and perfect for us. Good views of downtown and the surrounding area. Close enough for us to walk downtown. Great rooftop bar. Valet parking was good and use of texting helpful. Breakfast was very limited and not worth eating in. Overall a good experience for the pricw

Only valet parking is pretty lame - especially when it already cost so much to be there. I think it'd be better with more options of coffee and breakfast and parking options that don't cost a lot. No parking. No breakfast. Terrible mattress

Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Overall, it was great. I could hear toilets flushing from other rooms and showers as well. That was the down side.

The walls are just really thin. I heard every noise made. Every time the toilet flushed in another room I heard it.

The location of the property was not made aware when booking. The area is very sketchy and non family establishments that are inappropriate for children near hotel. My room was dirty with questionable white stains on the couch. My family and I had to inconveniently change my room due to state of the room. I was not aware I also had to contact the hotel desk in order for my room to be clean daily. I would definetly skip this hotel and look for cleaner hotels that are closer to downtown area.
