Clean room- very pleasant staff- great room

The breakfast buffet was good. Valets were nice, but took about 30-45 minutes to get car. Area around the hotel is sleezy. People sleeping on streets, trash, etc.

On the other hand, the entrance was dirty, it looked like there was a dry vomit around the trash can. A lot of small flies at the entrance and front desk. In our room we found an empty Gatorade bottle under the sofa, and the plates had food scraps on them.

Four of us in a room (2 adults & 2 kids) and it was pretty spacious. Room was bright and clean. Full kitchen was a nice perk. Staff were very friendly, spoke to everyone. Breakfast was surprisingly good and they were constantly refilling with fresh items and kept the area clean right up to the last minute. I’ve been to too many hotels where it’s basically first come first serve and the cooked items run out well before the end. The only annoying part was valet service. You have to valet and most of the time there was only one person working so they’re constantly on the go. I like being able to get up and go so having to wait for your car was a bit inconvenient. If you call it too early, you risk the attendant being gone grabbing another car so you have to wait anyways. Then, if you tip using the site, they charge you a fee each time. Overall though, I would still recommend; nice hotel, good location for what we needed and nice environment.

Continue to use this company for the parking.

This is perfect for a weekend or 5-day getaway for a couple and no kids. Close enough distance to downtown for a short Uber/Lyft ride for just less than $10

Flight got cancelled so our group stayed here, that lilac lemonade cocktail at the hotels bar and restaurant was gas I spent way too much $ on it. But it was great, can’t complain. 11 min from airport
