The hotel was fine but you have to valet park at a cost of $50

Breakfast needs some improvement as well as the restaurant.

Quick overnight stay, staff friendly, great room. Valley parking to keep car safe. Good breakfast.

The room was spacious and clean, hotel is in a decent area that is close to everything. Valet was quick and efficient. Complimentary breakfast was yummy

This is a nice hotel with a good location to downtown Nashville. We were able to walk to downtown but know that you will be passing some sketchy areas. The amenities were nice and the breakfast was standard for a hotel. I was really frustrated with parking though bc it was $57 a night for the weekend after fees and tax. Also know that the lobby is on the fifth floor so it was just really inconvenient to go from floor to floor especially when one of the elevators stopped working.

The staff were amazing and very accommodating! The hotel was also in a good area with a lot to do and was very clean and safe. Couldn’t recommend enough!!!

The website states that there is free parking, but we actually had to pay around $57 for parking. Other than that, everything was great!

This was a terrible experience

I loved the hotel and how nice everything was, the breakfast was fulfilling to get your day started ! However when I arrived there were no luggage carts, and I do not like paying valet due to a bad experience and the other alternatives weren’t good options due to a lot of people walking at night. overall it was a nice stay for birthday and I had a room on the 9th floor with a great view !

We loved it. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and super big. It felt safe. Staff was so nice. We would absolutely stay here again.
