location is not ideal for walking to many attractions and the noise is terrible

The room was very comfortable, the walk-in shower was great. Staff members were friendly and helpful. We wanted to eat in so we ordered food from the bar (which was completely empty on Saturday night). The food was mediocre. Breakfast was standard options but fresh and hot.

The hotel was clean and quiet when it should be. My only complaints are the expensive valet parking, no self parking option and only 1 elevator working.

All good except coffee in room was all decaf….and request for regular coffee was very slow to arrive, so when I woke up I had to wait about 20 minutes to shower and dress, which wasn’t a great way to begin my day. Otherwise, all fine. Receptionist when I checked in was wonderful!

They only had 1 elevator working an the place was packed busy , we were told the other elevator had been down for month Ridiculous Everyone was pissed off about the crazy long waits

This was a basic hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was chaos so skipped that. Only one elevator working so stood waiting a lot. Cleaning only every two days which is ok.
