No one told us there was free breakfast … ? But overall very nice stay!

Nice hotel, we'll book again.
-
The property was clean, very satisfied The location that my room was in the balcony scene that we had was showing construction working
-
However, the car service was excellent. Their restaurant on the main floor needs a better menu.

We weren’t explained to us the charge of up grading our room

From the moment we arrived until we checked out, everything was first class.

I loved this hotel! Immaculate rooms, turn down service, great restaurants, lovely outdoor rooftop pool.... all around amazing stay! Would definitely stay here again.

We also enjoyed a very good dinner in the restaurant one evening . I will definitely go back with my husband it was close to everything but not in the thick of Broadway St which suited us fine. One thing that would be nice as it is a high end hotel, if it had a spa! Highly recommend!!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful hotel
-
Loved our stay at the hotel. Only issues we ran into was that we had family in another room on another floor and with our keycard can only reach the floor our room was on or lobby/ pool. I guess it may be a positive for some looking for more privacy 🙂

There were no vending machines

Beautiful, elagant ,new and clean. Was 4th of July weekend so probably a skeleton crew but the service and vibe was great

The hotel itself is very nice and they have the best valet service of any place I’ve stayed in Nashville. We stayed there 3 nights through the 4th of July weekend. The room we stayed in was on the corner of the 7th floor and it was big with a very nice bathroom and is pretty much automated from 2 different panels on the wall….super cool. We were hoping to enjoy the pool but it was shutdown the first two afternoons with storms in the area. I understand the lightning strike policy and had no problem with that. Saturday the 4th I knew it would be busy and it was. The hotel rents out the chairs ahead of time and they let NON Guests pay for a day pass at the pool! The pool area isn’t even big enough for the guests let alone letting non-guests rent day passes for a pool. In my opinion that’s ridiculous and I highly doubt Hilton needs the Extra money they generate off renting the pool out to non-guests. So finally at around 5 Saturday we headed down the pool and of course it was filthy by this time. When I say filthy I’m not talking about the bugs and human hair that was floating around in the pool. The tile above the waterline is basically black from not being cleaned in a long a long time. At that point I headed into Rye and Thistle to get a drink to enjoy by the pool and was informed they were closing at 5 ??? On one of the busiest days of the year they closed at 5. You can’t even make this stuff up. Highly doubt I will be staying at this hotel my next time in Nashville.
