Traveled to Nashville with friends for a concert. Hotel room was clean and the staff were super nice and helpful.
-
We were staying across the hall from a linen closet and every morning at 3 am were awaken by staff talking in Spanish and that door closing and not gently several times over a 15 minute period. Told the front desk about it but it still happened the next two mornings. Also housekeeping came to clean our room when we were getting ready and we asked them to come back. They did not and I had to ask for towels that night. In the four nights we stayed there the room was cleaned only once and I had to ask the front desk twice to have this done.

Exceptional

From check in to check out everything was awesome. I asked them to save a room on my floor if possible for my friends coming in the next day, and they remembered and had them right down the hall. The roof top pool and bar is fantastic. The free breakfast was top notch, only thing I could say bad, and not even to bad would be maybe lower/cheaper parking rates. I will be staying there again!

Loved the view. Pool on the roof is way too small. Was surprised at the cost of parking for two days $87.80 Great walking downtown. Room was perfect and staff was so friendly.

Housekeeping only comes every other day and we were not informed upon arrival. On the day housekeeping was supposed to come we had "do not disturb" sign on the door while we were getting ready for the day. When we left the room we removed the sign and asked the housekeeper, who was one door past us in the hallway to please clean the room. The room was not cleaned on that day either. So for a five night stay the room was cleaned once. On the upside. The rooftop pool and bar was very nice after a hot day and the breakfast was good and had alot of options.

Good location and easy access to downtown Nashville.

We never connected to the wifi bc we couldn’t get connected. The breakfast had a great assortment of items and was open until 10 am. The hotel pool bar was fantastic and the bartender/server was amazing to run that all on his own! The night clerk never looked up when we entered the hotel 3 times after 11 pm, which made me a little nervous. In general the hotel needs some TLC. Overall good value for your money and in a great neighbour hood. Also 15-20 minute walking distance to Broadway.
-
Parking was double charged but I believe that was the Metropolis issue, not a hotel issue. So just make sure you double check your charges! Otherwise, it was amazing!

Loved the rooftop pool.
-
Location was good. The hotel was clean, rooms very nice, staff very helpful, breakfast great, and enjoyed the roof top deck. We really enjoyed our stay here.
-
When we checked in at the hotel, we inquired about the parking situation and after giving all necessary information, the front desk clerk informed us everything was good to go. However, we received a gigantic parking citation/bill/notice from Metropolis charging us $350 for parking when we had already paid at the hotel. According to several Nashville residents, this is unfortunately common practice. We called the hotel to try to understand the charges & were told they’d resolve it and notify us. Almost a week later, we’re still waiting for this “notification”. Outstanding! Will never recommend staying at this location & won’t personally return.

Clean room, staff, coffee options, bar

The front desk people were so kind and friendly. The breakfast was amazing and the ladies made sure things were clean. It isn’t that I don’t like it but I think it would be amazing if there could be a shuttle bus back and forth from the airport.
