Clean room although mattress was terrible on one side big duvet and hard to sleep on. We changed rooms because of but 2nd room was the same. Just dealt with it.

I enjoyed the comfortable bed the most. If the lady at the front desk called her manager or someone that could fix the issue of my payment. I was there for almost four hours before I decided to make another payment so that I could check into my room. That was very disappointing and very frustrating when I already booked and paid for my stay and then wasted 3-1/2 hours standing in the lobby.
