The stay was great

Clean room, breakfast was always good, something different every day. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was great. Rooms were good , we didn’t stay too much in the hotel as we were out and about but it was easy to access our room and we had no problems :)

Hours for breakfast bar should be posted on the wall so people are aware. Common for breakfasts to run until 10:00 am and we assumed the same here but 9:30 was cutoff. Liked the size of the suite.

The staff was helpful and friendly.

My only complaint was the carpet in the room. It felt sticky, and there were a few areas where it was lifting, making it seem like a potential tripping hazard. Other than that, my experience was excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again, especially because of the outstanding staff, great room layout, and convenient location.

Everything about the hotel itself was great, however, the property had a number of youth sports leagues staying. Youth were allowed to run up and down hallways at all hours. This is largely the parents fault but staff did nothing to remedy or attempt to remedy the issue. What should have been a relaxing getaway turned into sleepless nights.

Had to ask just about everyday to have our room cleaned…. Then somedays they would make one bed and not the other….. always had to go get more towels

Only frustrating part of our stay was paying for parking. Otherwise it was a great experience. Clean, quiet, good breakfast and nice pool.

The staff were very professional and accommodated our stay with cute decorations for my best friends graduation. And the breakfast is fantastic! Really enjoyed the waffles and eggs!

Room was great. Shower was awesome, and the bed was so comfortable. I loved the pillows so much. Pool was really cool. Half in and half outside. Breakfast wasn’t bad either! Would definitely stay here again. I loved it.

This was our 1st visit to Nashville & we truly enjoyed ourselves. We were traveling with kids aging from 6-11 & reserved the double suite, which provided us more than enough room for 6 people. This hotel was 10-15 mins away from everything with restaurants in walking distance. The staff on all levels were very tentative to our needs, the property stay cleaned at all times, me & my family felt very safe staying here.
