Fantastic and CLEAN hotel! My clothes actually got clean in the washer! Worth every penny! I will be returning if I come back to Nashville!

Perfect location, just near downtown. The staff was super helpful and it was super clean!!

Everything was great. Just needed a blanket in the room.

The property is very nice and safe. The rooms are spacious and very clean. A shuttle service is available to Broadway which is super convenient. I would stay here again when I visit Nashville.

Don’t know what you could improve except free parking.

We loved this hotel!!! 3 60+ sisters travelling together. This was so convenient, great location, awesome staff (Shout out to Corey B at the front desk & Miss Cyndi in Housekeeping). We were comfortable, well fed w/room to split up or be together. For us, it was a grandslam!

The room is everything that we needed, and it was conveniently around a lot of nice local food spots

I was very unsatisfied with them charging 12$ per night too park if we booked were they think we would park nobody should have to pay to stay and park this is very disappointing

We loved that they offer a shuttle service to the downtown area and back.

Everything was spotless but the entrance doors front and back smelled of urine. The manager pointed out our Expedia reservation ended up arranging a double room and double charge reservation. He quickly came to the rescue canceling and requesting a refund for us. The linens could be better. The room was large like a suite which really should have been furnished with a King bed which I counted on having along with an accessible shower and hand held shower sprayer.

The room was great. I feel like front personnel was sometimes hard to find. The Business office's printer being out of toner was an inconvenience, but one of the gentleman behind the desk was able to print 2 pages for me (albeit black and white)

Staff was amazing. Breakfast was good. Property was great. You do pay for parking.
