Everytime was great, plenty of parking, spacious rooms

Very helpful staff and very clean

Our rooms and property itself was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. We reserved 2 rooms. One of the rooms had an issue with the tv. Staff was called and they said they could note it on our account. Upon checkout, we did receive a discount on that room for the inconvenience.

Perfect Choice in staying in town with family for reunion. Although we already live near the area, the location became a great boost to our time together, since the distance between the reunion and our home in Hermitage, Tennessee meant going back and forth as hosts and as guests for family members.

Great Stay and close to Ascend Amphitheatre!

This was our first trip to Nashville and we picked the perfect hotel! New, clean, and the staff was great.

The staff was great and property was clean and safe. Shower wasn't as hot as I'd like but an overall good experience.

The one thing I noticed is that as soon as I walked into the hotel is that it smelled so good and clean. It was like that everyday that I was there. Staff were excellent. The room was very clean. Never had any issues with parking. Definitely plan on staying there again.

The breakfast, location, staff, and overall hotel was great I would stay again Paying to park I think was dumb

The front desk staff was great and so friendly? The free shuttle was also very nice and convenient. We took it downtown to Broadway street and back to the hotel once we finished looking around. There were several restaurants within walking distance as well as a 7eleven gas station for quick snacks ect. Breakfast was decent and well stocked! Would highly recommend

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was yummy. Rooms were clean. Shuttle to broadway was a plus. Staff were friendly. Definitely wI’ll stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay here and would have given 5 stars, but the housekeeping staff kept knocking on my door in the morning even though I had my do not disturb tag on the door. And this happened before the 12:00 checkout time. They were very pushy and one of them even asked me when I was checking out. Rude and unacceptable. I travel a lot and I have never experienced this.

Staff are warm abd accommodating. Shuttle service was a plus!

The only thing that I would complain about was the bed pillows. They were toooo soft.

I love the property, it was near downtown and a very reasonable price The only issue that I had was I was a little late getting breakfast and the breakfast host was a little rude because she didn’t really want us to get breakfast…breakfast ended at 10am and my children and I made it at 10am on the dot so she was irritated, I know I was late and she was ready to go ..she never said anything but her facial expressions showed it all.Other than that,all the other Staff members were very polite and friendly.

Far enough away form Broadway to not be super congested but just close enough for us to get to Nissan Stadium. We got a 1 room kind bed and the room was clean, bed was huge, and room came with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and sink. The staff were good, the shuttle was picking up and running people all day and the parking was pretty great as well. Breakfast was decent and coffee was decent but there was also like 10 restaurants within a 5 minute radius. Overall, 9.5/10!!
