It was mostly clean but noticeable spots on the wall

It was an okay stay. Only downside was that the room wasn’t very clean, especially the bathroom. And the breakfast was limited. Just yogurt and breads.

Sadly, we had to find another hotel to stay in…the rooms had black mold on the ceilings and walls. Room wasn’t clean. Shower was clogged. Damp room. Bottle caps/crumbs on the floor. Heavy dust/buildup all around the room/corners of carpet. Smelled awful. No water pressure. JUST DONT DO IT. Manager is not easy to work with at all!

It’s nice they have a restaurant and bar onsite. A small store with snacks, souvenirs along with some of the basic travel needs we sometimes leave behind. If they would update this place it would probably be hard to get a room here. It’s location is convenient to most things downtown. Overall, it was a great stay with an amazing price. I definitely recommend.

Shuttle to Broadway was a plus but I wish it had other stops as well. Bathrooms had mold but staff was very kind.
-
Yeah not planning on staying here again

Breakfast had a lot of options, air conditioning worked good. It was good for the price. One thing I don’t like is they charge 50 dollar deposit a day, and the bar was terrible food and drinks.
-
Only complaint I would have is the pool doesn’t stay open late, everything else was on point! Staff was great and very clean rooms! & the free shuttle was a extra plus! Will book again 🔥
-
Avoid, go anywhere else!! Room was dirty, walls are thin, and it’s rough!

You receive a free breakfast ticket: Breakfast was AMAZING! Freshly squeezed (imo) Orange juice, make your own waffle station, eggs, meats, fruit, cereal! SOMETHING for everyone. Most of us were there for the CB & Usher R&B Tour & staying at the Millennium made our visit to Nashville that much better! Thank you all so much! We will be back!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This hotel is INFESTED with bed bugs. I started out in room 530, room seemed clean, the following day I woke up covered in bites. We started tearing apart the beds to find around 20 bed bugs! I took photos along with taking physical proof to the front desk on a tissue. They hid the tissue under the front desk, told me they would only refund me for one night, that there was no manager on site to speak to, and told me to come back the next day, and moved me to room 731. When we got to the room we checked it, and it seemed clean once again, as the cleaning crew had just cleaned it and changed the sheets. Following morning, I was covered in even more bites. I went to the lobby and requested to speak to the manager Sarah, who told me that “it wasn’t that bad” and that she “has been to really nice Hilton hotels that were way worse.” I proceeded to tell her that I wanted refunded for my entire trip, and she refused and told me that if i wanted to speak anymore that I could speak to their lawyers, so I had to contact Expedia to be able to get a refund and move to a different hotel downtown. I also filled out an incident report at the hotel of everything that occurred. This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had, and 5 days after initially being bitten, I am still covered in around 30 bites. Please, DO NOT STAY HERE. I suggested they fumigate the hotel, and they laughed at me. They don’t think that it’s a real problem, as the manager stated, “it’s not that bad.”

I like the amount parking spaces, the friendly staff and the proximity to downtown.
-
This hotel is outside of downtown, but they have a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes and makes it easy to get around without Uber fees. The breakfast is a hot continental breakfast, with biscuits and gravy, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal, coffee, toast, orange juice, etc. It's not bad; just OK. Rooms are clean and comfortable, although you can tell they have received a bit of DIY maintenance from time to time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not use the pool, although plenty of people were using it. They do have live music events on at least weekend nights; not sure about other nights. It's a good place to stay if you don't want to spend $300+ for a downtown hotel room.

NO Bed bugs. Very nice staff. The pool area was fun. The breakfast was limited but tasty. The amenities all worked well, but super out dated. The handle to the toilet was falling off. The bed was super comfortable. The live music at the bar was an unexpected delight. The shuttle to downtown didn't bring us to where we wanted to go, but is a wicked cool addition to the hotel. Uber was $10 to get to Printer's Alley. The shower head had great pressure and would get more hot as it ran through out our showers. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice cheap stay in Nashville with a shuttle to downtown. I recommend.
