Would for sure stay again . Loved it

It was nice experience!

The hotel was very convenient with the shuttle and the bar was reasonably priced. The free breakfast bar was nice, and the pool was nice too. The hotel could use an upgrade as it's pretty old. For the price it was a great stay and I would stay again.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, and convenient transportation to Broadway. The band was a little old-fashioned, but overall, a good experience.

Rooms excellent very clean. Everything in the room worked fine. No restaurant, No room service sucks. Bar absolutely sucks. Parking great. Outside of the Hotel looks like Hell, trees need watering that were planted recently. Not mulched that were recently planted meaning trees. Shrubs that were trimmed dead material left in the tops of plants. No annuals planted on the grounds, grass completely dead, sprinkler system not in use. I’m a former NWA flight attendant, I use to stay here about 26 years ago. I can’t believe the Maxwell house current owners are this dam cheap, I bet their other properties don’t look like this. The lobby carpet should have been replaced ten years ago old stained,soiled bad marks on it.

It’s was damp and very cold dirty , phone didn’t work the lamps did not work chairs were very dirty and they charged us a facility fee that was never mentioned before hand !

The room had no soap or towels. A lot of unhappy guests in the hotel and there was on 1 person to help anyone. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our room for a two nights stay was reasonable priced. Rather small but okay. A second chair would be nice. Otherwise, good shower and clean linens, carpeting. The walls are not insulated well enough to contain the rambunctious folks. Fairly quiet in the sleeping hours. Continental breakfast adequate.

I have stayed 3 times if you have any issues with anything the staff always helpful and the rates are reasonable being close to the airport and down town.

Our favorite place to stay when we go to Nashville! Breakfast was continental, the only protien was boiled eggs. We are healthy eaters so it was lacking to our lijes. But if you like cereal and waffles and bagels, it was great.

The carpet in the lobby was nasty & needed replacing- rooms could be cleaner also.
