Best value for the money, it can't be beat. FREE shuttle or ~$8 Uber downtown (2.5 miles). FREE parking. Downtown hotels started at $250 + 20++ for parking per night, Room was clean and the staff was very kind and friendly. Didn't have a need to use the pool, bar or breakfast. Booked for one night on my way through cross country and ended up booking a 2nd night. Great value and experience.

I didn’t get to check in my power went out and then we booked a room so our house wouldn’t get too hot and 5 to 10 minutes later. The power came back on so we didn’t check in and the website would not refund us. They said they tried to get in contact with the hotel, which is a lie because it’s a very nice hotel.

House keeping didn’t regularly service room, nor provide towels on a regular basis. Breakfast was pretty basic, one day they didn’t have enough cups and the staff was no where to be found. Room was great, staff was friendly and helpful when approached at the front desk.

Woke up to a cockroach crawling by our heads. Took a video and showed the manager on duty and got 21 95 of withheld security deposit for shuttle ect back 🙄 I hope nothing got in my suitcase overnight! Stains on lamp shades and curtains. Wokr up to water pufdle on the table from the fridge. Ate breakfast and should've paid to eat somewhere else. Apple juice was watered down and told that's the way it was supposed to be. Will not be back nor recommend. I am a manager myself and completely felt shrugged off avoid the situation. Especially since housekeeping was informed of bugs. Hope no one else got that room tonight

Close to gas station and food

Everything was wonderful except trying to use shuttle to downtown. A few times way too many people to get on and then another time the shuttle left before the scheduled departures.

Shuttle to broadway area is a plus

I’m not sure why the poor reviews? Yes, it’s older and could use updates, totally worth what we paid for

The shuttle was great. Very nice ladies driving when we went. Very convenient. Nice large lobby. This place needs a makeover, badly. Toilets bubbled randomly, I was afraid everytime we flushed that it would over flow. Breakfast was meh. If youre looking to carb load, that was covered. Saturday and Sunday breakfast had eggs and shriveled, dried up meats. Weekdays, bread. And yogurt. Nothing to rave about. Beds were lumpy and pillows were flat. Maybe a good spot for a quick weekend. We were there for 4 days, and I was sick of it after the second day. Asked for an upgrade, due to booking through a 3rd party, they were unable to accommodate that. Wasn't able to speak to anyone else to try and come to a resolution. Never saw any other staff the whole time we were there. All in all, if you need a cheap, non upgraded quick place to sleep, go for it. Otherwise be prepared for sore backs and hunger pains.

Great hotel not too far from downtown. Free shuttle to main Broadway street. Free coffee was fantastic in the lobby.
-
The breakfast was terrible. No one cleans the tables. No one monitors the food and coffee supply. There is 1 of everything (waffle maker, toaster) to serve 5 floors of guest. The food was cold and was not replenished as it was needed. Coffee ran out in the cafe and the lobby and again was not replenished. I would not recommend staying at a place where the guest are not 1st priority

Our room was very clean, we had a small refrigerator in our room, the women that cleaned our room were very nice (not many of them spoke English though....Which made it kind of hard to communicate with them, unless I used my.phone amd or the little bit of Spanish I know. Something I thought was a little inconvenient, was that there was 1 microwave on our floor, which was down the hall and by the elevators?! Had a nice outdoor pool, with tables and chairs around, as well!!

Great

The staff was friendly The toilet flushed poorly and ended up breaking. It was pretty outdated and not the cleanest, and the beds were uncomfortable. Additionally, our ac unit never did fully cool our room so it was pretty warm the entire time.

All 3 rooms we were in were dirty, mold in the first 2 bathrooms, last room has a razor blade by the mirror, fridge didn’t work in the first 2 rooms that we needed for medication, staff was rude on the night we got there. Checked out 2 days early and was told they would refund and still do not have it.

Hotel is showing its age, but it is clean. Staff is supportive but not particularly friendly. Shuttle to downtown is a real plus.
-
The staff was quite helpful and friendly. I'd prefer free wi-fi. I could hear people dropping their shoes on the floor above and beside me, so that wasn't the best when I needed a night of peace. The continental breakfast was just right, but as a solo traveler I would have liked a little tray so I could go back to my room. Overall, though, the price was good, I enjoyed my stay, and would stay there again.
