Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nashville Metrocenter Downtown by IHG

The rooms were amazing The staff was a disgrace it took us just shy off 2 hours to check in and we were the only people there checking in and when we finally checked in it took several sets off keys to be made so that we could get into numerous rooms so bad that security had to come in and let us into our room cause the reception didn’t know what she was doin it was an absolute disaster

Casey at reception is excellent as are the ladies in the day Pancakes are very nice Breakfast doesn't vary daily. A small change of 1 item a day would be good. Tomato, mushroom, baked beans or sliced fruit /melon as a variety, fried egg, poached egg. Water bottle in the room would be nice

Staff were helpful We had a broken AC so had to move then still had broken stuff in the new room

Price was good. Housekeeping person very diligent. Bathroom some mold. My checked luggage at the hotel didn’t feel secure.

The room was very clean and breakfast was area was clean and the women running the room was very entertaining.

Staff was busy gossiping at check in instead of tended to us at the desk, wall in our room was dirty but everything else was very nice and clean super comfortable beds and spacious rooms, would go again

This was by far the best hotel from Booking.com that we’ve ever stayed at. It was an exceptionally pleasant stay.

Second time staying here & will definitely stay here again if in the area. Hotel is clean, staff are all super nice & helpful. They arranged for an Uber to take us downtown which was great! Beds were comfy & rooms seemed quiet even on a busy road.

The ladies that made the breakfast would crack you up every morning. The room was very clean and it was always maintained by housekeeping.

My parents stayed here on their first night in Nashville and absolutely loved it. The standout was the staff, who went above and beyond to make them feel welcome. The reception and breakfast teams were incredibly helpful, assisting with Uber bookings, local advice and even preparing takeaway goodie bags for them. One woman on the breakfast staff in particular was exceptionally kind and made a lasting impression. Nothing of note. The hotel met and exceeded expectations, and the outstanding service really set it apart.
