The staff were nice and friendly but that’s probably the only positive thing to say. There was mold in the shower growing and when we went to go to bed there was sand and hair in the bed like the sheets were never changed. We were able to get new sheets and put them on ourselves but it should have been done before we arrived. The breakfast food was so so, however the lovely ladies who run it were wonderful and helpful. We noticed when they were cleaning up the breakfast area, they never actually swept up the crumbs but instead mopped the floor with dirty water and just pushed the dirt around. There was the same dirty foot prints on the floor of the lobby and to the elevator for 2 days. I think someone needs to come in a retrain the cleaning staff on proper cleaning habits.
