Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nashville Metrocenter Downtown by IHG

The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice and friendly as well. I will book this hotel in the future and stay there again.

The room and the hotel were both very clean and well kept.

The parking is convenient, location was great, and staff were friendly. The pool was especially nice and the breakfast was one of the best free hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. My only complaint was the shower floor was VERY slick and I actually fell and hurt myself.

Also the breakfast options would benefit from more wholesome offerings. Offer less frozen, less processed foods.

All good. Breakfast delicious & served on time, which was important tp us since we had to leave early.

Main issue is with the lighting in rooms, too dim for me. Staff were friendly & helpful. Appreciate parking lot security!

The staff were super friendly during check in and check out. The room was clean and quiet and breakfast was good. Easy location to get to with lots of restaurant options near by.

Lynn was wonderful at the front desk helping us with all our questions. Jackie and Barb in the dining area had everything ready to go for our breakfast. They always asked if we needed anything. This is a great hotel and we'd stay here again.

It was a wonderful stay! Bed was super comfy! Room was immaculate. Very quiet. Staff was incredibly friendly; especially Ms. Tina! She brightened our morning during breakfast! Would highly recommend!

The bed was comfortable, bathroom a nice size and very clean. Housecleaning did a great job in tidying up between days. The breakfast was a huge disappointment. They were out of almost all food except for sweet rolls. I was so looking forward to a hot breakfast as advertised.

Its location I felt cold lack of color . There was one employee that made my visit enjoyable. The loaded in the breakfast area. She was singing pancakes !! So cute it made me smile. She works very hard.

The room was comfortable and cleaned/re-made each day of our 5 night stay. The hotel breakfast buffet was typical but decent, the highlight being the lovely lady attending the area calling out “Hot cakes Hot cakes, get ‘em while they’re hot, hot cakes, hot cakes…. You will like ‘em a lot!!” That was charming! The only negative thing really is that you have to pay $10 per night to park if you have a car while you’re thete; I just feel that this shouldn’t be a thing for patrons of the hotel.

Room was very clean and well sized. Amenities and bathroom were likewise very clean. Staff was gracious and helpful providing extra bedding and towels. Breakfast was hot and abundant as well. Excellent family friendly choice.

Good stuff. Maybe would have liked an actual bathroom door, rather than a sliding, unlocked door. Vent would’ve been nice. Otherwise, good stuff.
