The hotel is a newer facility with good amenities. The shuttle service and location to downtown were good perks. There were no washcloths in the room upon arrival and the front desk staff only allowed us to receive 3 washcloths, yet there were 4 of us in the room. They were dismissive of a phone issue in the room, as well. The desk staff was polite, but not helpful at times. Another issue was a broken drawer in the room, which was unexpected for a newer hotel. Overall, the hotel was decent.

Great place to stay that isn’t downtown but yet close enough. They offer a free shuttle to bring you downtown as well which is great as parking can be tricky.

Very clean and comfortable. In more of a commercial area with not much in walking distance but you can buy snacks and drinks in the lobby. Downtown is only a short Uber drive away.

the hotel was stunning! it was such a great stay. the only problem i had was the parking. for such a nice place it felt crazy to have to pay $12/day for a parking spot.

Check in was good and the staff was good. The shuttle was nice to get to the Chris Brown Concert. I found good food in the area as well.

Great hotel, breakfast was good, beds are comfy, great pool area, staff was very friendly and the free shuttle was amazing!! The Mexican restaurant next door was amazing too! Would go here again, and it’s only a few minutes from everything

The staff were magnificent. Had a problem with the water pressure, and when we informed staff it was fixed immediately.
