Check in was good and the staff was good. The shuttle was nice to get to the Chris Brown Concert. I found good food in the area as well.

Had a good stay other than their system to make the keys being down so front office had to let me up to my room every time.

Great hotel, breakfast was good, beds are comfy, great pool area, staff was very friendly and the free shuttle was amazing!! The Mexican restaurant next door was amazing too! Would go here again, and it’s only a few minutes from everything

The staff were magnificent. Had a problem with the water pressure, and when we informed staff it was fixed immediately.

How clean it was The lack of kindness from the staff when we first got to the hotel - air condition wasn’t working properly

Turned me away, said they could not find my reservations and they had no rooms available. Proceeded to bill my credit card. In the process of disputing it.

Yes, upon my arrival and check in a customer service supervisor checked me in and she was not friendly and seemed bothered. No friendly gesture or nothing. There was several people in the lobby as if a party was going on all night.

This was the best Residence Inn I’ve ever experienced. The staff is so professional and friendly. The place was beyond clean. The only downside was no free TV apps (have to have a personal login for Netflix and Prime), but I think this is the way it is at a lot of hotels. Tubi would be great to have on the tv! Otherwise, no complaints. The pool and workout room was great. There’s a free shuttle for anywhere in the city within a 4-mile radius so I was able to go to the famous Broadway area and experience all the live music and the riverfront. Also, there’s a farmer’s market within the radius that can be accessed via the shuttle. Will visit again!

Room was very clean and breakfast was very good (a lot of options). I know it was a holiday weekend but the front desk attendant who checked us in was hard to understand, he mumbled and spoke lowly.
