Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Nashville-Opryland by IHG

Good place to stay. Very clean and quiet. Pool was good. Breakfast was good. No issues with parking or check-in. Beds were slightly uncomfortable...but overall would stay again. Right next to Opry Mills mall.

This was the Hol Inn express we’ve come to love. Very nice and we love the cinnamon rolls. Very close to the Grand Ol Opry!

This is the best property I’ve stayed at. I only had 1 complaint. The bed was AWFUL. I hurt all over and didn’t sleep well. I cut my trip a day short because of the mattress alone. Please, PLEASE replace them so I can come back! A hotel like this deserves a decent place to lay down

Took off a point on well-maintained because the sign atop the hotel was only half-lit. Our room could have used an ottoman or footrest. The building is solid and quiet, breakfast pretty good for hotel food. We thought the door handles were a poor choice...thin blade style instead of rounded puts pressure on your hands when opening the heavy doors. That's a note for future designers, not a call for change now.

The breakfast was great as was the woman who managed it.

Friendly staff, not bad price, close to where we needed to be. Pool area could use some work. Chlorine so strong it bothered my eyes and the pool needs updating. Water was very cold

Clean room, comfortable mattress, my daughter loved the towel animals on the bed and vanity when we arrived.

Perfect location for grand ole opry, clean rooms, pool plenty of parking. Nothing to complain about, great stay.

One of the best experiences we've had when traveling. Friendly helpful staff and really clean. I brought my laptop along and the lady at the front desk helped me get on the IHG WiFi. They were all very helpful. Thanks
