The Inn at Opryland, A Gaylord Hotel

Great place to stay. The shuttle takes you to a nearby mall and resort. Very convenient for food and shopping.

Location was convenient to opryland The staff was rude at check in and the shower did not work they did not offer any type of discount for the inconvenience said that someone would be giving me a call and that was last week

Room was great, clean and comfortable. We loved that quiet time was at 9:00. We used the shuttle to visit the resort and for our show at The Grand Ole Opry. We liked that the shuttle picked up up at the Inn. Staff was friendly, answered all our questions. We would definitely stay there again. The bathtub was a struggle because it was so tall, my husband is older hard to step up and bathroom very small. The only other problem is the room didn't get cool enough for us. Those were the only issues nothing excessive.

Nice No breakfast

Very easy in and out. Pool was not crowded and that area was peaceful/relaxing. The shuttles were nice too.

Close to everything easy everyone was respectful good food Book for four adults in one child in was given two beds when I ordered was supposed to be two bedroom in one sofa

The hotel was clean. Staff were somewhat helpful. Pool was very cold. Bathtub has tall sides and bathroom was on the small size.

I was traveling to Nashville for a special event and The Grand Ole Opry. This hotel and the staff were absolutely wonderful! Being a solo female traveler, I requested an interior room to feel safer, and they followed through. Everyone was so sweet at the front desk, as well as in the restaurant. This is such a charming hotel, I will definitely be back!

We stayed last weekend for husband’s birthday. We are very familiar with the area, Music Valley and Gaylord Opry Hotel, which is just across the street. We wanted a nice hotel close enough to walk to and from The Nashville Palace for Line Dancing lessons. That was fun too. You might want to check it out.

The pool area was very nice and especially the shallow kids pool! The breakfast was not very appealing. I couldn’t eat much of it.

The hotel was perfectly located by Opry and enjoyed the restaurant and bar in the hotel, as well as surrounding places to eat. Walking distance to the Gaylord. The pool area and sitting area were nice, but the bar was not open by the pool. The room was a bit dark. It needs more light. It was an interior room, but besides that it was nice just an older hotel, but clean and nice.

The hotel and staff were amazing. I loved the restaurant.

Loved that the hot tub was hot. Didn't like that it opened or closed at 9. Needed it later at night, also earlier in the morning. Closed hot tub too early ?
