The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom a bit small but clean . Location was perfect for our visit.We loved that the buses came to take us to the Grand Opryland hotel and also to the Grand Ole Opry! I would recommend to friends coming to Nashville! Easier access to shower, larger bathroom.

I loved the location and the shuttle bus was a plus for me since I haven’t been to Nashville in years…Another bonus was how clean, quiet, and soft the beds were!!!! I loved everything about my stay and the food is delicious!!!!

The bed sucked - incredibly uncomfortable, and the bathroom was tiny. The last time I saw a bathroom so small was in Honduras. And the toilet would fill and drain every 10-15 minutes as if there was a leak somewhere.

Super clean and well maintained. Right across the street and had a shuttle for our event.

Restaurant was normal prices. Most hotels upcharge everything, but I felt the prices were very fair. Staff was very friendly. Very clean! The beds were small and so was the shower, but very comfortable and clean.

My biggest disappointment was the pool and hot tub area. Both looked dirty, and the hot tub appeared to have mold. The jets also shoot the water straight up like a fountain, which made it hard to actually relax and enjoy it. Another issue was the information listed on Hotels.com. The listing stated that the airport shuttle was complimentary and that breakfast was included. Neither of those things was actually included. The airport shuttle has to be requested and costs $30, and no breakfast is included. That was frustrating because those amenities can make a difference when choosing where to stay. The restaurant service could also use some improvement. Some of the servers were not very friendly and seemed forgetful. I was often missing something simple, like utensils, a water refill, or just someone checking in to see if I needed anything. Other than those issues, I had a good stay. The room was comfortable, the food was good, and most of the staff were very pleasant. I just wish the amenities and information listed online matched what was actually offered.

Not much. This is a spill over hotel to convention center. I hope it was under construction. The entire place was large, vacant, dated and I had to walk in, then outside the rear door reach my room exterior face rear room. AC unit was as loud as a train. Very odd design. If under construction then I may give it another shot once complete. Pool and Jacuzzi are in the center atriaium so it gave off the assoicatd chemical smell.

Location was the main reason for selecting this hotel. Extra blanket pillows and better hallway signage.
