Its walking distance to every where we go

It was clean and comfortable. Does the cleaning service always rudely bang on the door at 11:05 am? Or was that just for me? The hotel staff housekeeping girl with bad teeth was super rude

The room was not in acceptable condition when we arrived. The bathroom door was not properly attached and actually fell on me in the morning, which is a serious safety concern. I have photographs showing the damage, including a bag tied over the fire alarm and a panel ripped off the bathroom vent. While the front desk staff was polite, the check-in process took an unusually long time.

Location Much needed updates/ remodeling inside and mostly outside. Tv was missing in one of the 2 rooms rented and took hours to receive. Dead bolt missing on one door. Had to tape a piece of paper to the door for DO NOT DISTURB and one room didn't have one. One room had not been cleaned after arriving to the room was cleaned rather quickly. A lot of sketchy activity in the parking lot during all hours of the evening/night with myself being approached at one time and followed. Felt very unsafe! Didn't seem to be any security or monitoring.

Arrived at 9:30pm and nobody at the front desk. Looked around for a bell, no bell. Waved at all the cameras, nobody came. Called the front desk from my phone to ring it, and after two rounds of ringing, still nobody. Finally about 10 minutes after my arrival (felt like an eternity with how badly I needed to pee after the long drive, and with no bathrooms in the lobby), finally a staff member came. Made it up to my room, and was immediately unsettled as the deadbolt on my door was broken off and unusable. Not a terrible part of town, but as a woman traveling alone, I placed the desk against the door with a chair wedged under it each night of my stay. Went down to the "breakfast bar" around 8am (sign and staff claimed it to be available from 6am-9:30am). There was nothing there but a toaster (no bread), broken waffle batter machine (no cups), and two dispensers of cereal (no bowls). It was 8am. It was consistent every morning of my stay. Had to work remote one day of my stay, and was promised wifi, but I have never dealt with connection so unreliable. I would be able to connect for about 5 minutes, then lose it for another 10. I gave up after about an hour and went to the nearest Starbucks. I meal prep before my trips to save money and planned to use the fridge in my room. The whole unit was a freezer. I looked for adjustment knobs to change the temp, none. My salads were frozen shriveled by the time they defrosted. Amongst other things, but limited character count.

It was close to the Grand Ole Opry Check in was at 3pm - didn’t have a room ready for us until 3:30pm! Holes in the bathroom door ,curtains were ripped, rug was cut up! Refrigerator did not work-our food spoiled. Had to ask for TV remote. Then they had to reset power to the whole room 3 times to get the tv to work. No coffee pot in the room. No swimming pool! I feel it was false advertising. They were doing renovations while I was there. I only could bare to stay one day then left!!!!

The guy at the front desk had a great attitude. Other than that- there are zero redeeming qualities about this place. I can’t even believe that it’s allowed to be open. It’s a complete façade it looks like a hotel motel, but it is the most dirty outdated place I’ve ever walked into. I’ll share picks. We walked into & out of our room immediately. The top lock on the broken door didn’t work, and the smoke detector was laying on the counter with no batteries in it.

It was a decent place to stay for a last minute trip but would not choose to stay again. While it is going through some improvements, it needs a lot more attention. There was so much light coming into our room at night, there was a gap under the door that we had to cover with towels, mice poop in the bathroom,no remote for the TV and no smoke alarm. Most rooms curtains were cut up. It's an eye sore!!

Absolutely nothing I have many more pictures than what I’m able to post cause it only let you post four, but there was no fire detector in the room. The microwave was broken. The TV was broken not just in our room, but the company that came with us they got their own room and their TVs was broken and the rooms was horrible. It was holes through the walls. The walls was dirty. The bathroom vanity was barely hanging on the wall and it said that they reimbursed us for the day that we checked out but it’s still shown that they charge the full amount for our credit card so I am in the process of fighting this. I would highly recommend to avoid this property in to take it off of Booking.com because in the past, I’ve had good experience with Booking.com, but this one makes bad business to be on Booking.com because it’s that bad.
