Nothing The staff was awful when I asked for a room change because of the conditions of my room. I couldn’t afford a different hotel so I made it work. There was roaches in the hotel and just all kinds of damage that wasn’t being taken care of

The rooms are clean. You can rest your head and get ready to enjoy what this vibrant city has to offer. The benefit of staying there: 1. Prime Location 2. Safety 3. Don't expect much Major Points for Location: *Walking distance from a Strip mall *Opry Mill (huge mall) *Gaylord Resort nearby *Famous bars with live music and entrainment *Shuttle available for downtown trip Note: The building is going through renovation. So, do ask for a completely functional room, preferably downstairs. Front desk takes $50 refundable deposit (hidden charges) which is fine. Cash is always welcome. However, they are uptight about their policies. It was a disservice to Nashville hospitality.

The property said it had a pool and it does not all the rooms were getting renovated and during our stay, and it was kind of loud Ann there was a guy walking around I guess he was maybe the owner or whatever staring at people and kind of watching. Everybody was crazy because we were on vacation and I felt kind of. I felt like I was being watched didn’t appreciate it. Everything like the photos in the booking are not the same rooms as the pictures and we were getting watched the whole time it’s crazy. I know the neighborhood. I lived there for 40 years and I’ve never been watched as much as I was watched there.

It was cheap. Construction going on. Room was run down and dirty. Dogs next door barked all night.

Close to gas stations, clubs, restaurants, venues & shops. Too much new furniture on the parking lot to get decent parking spot in front of room.

Great price walking distance to a lot of good places..was no five star hotel but for the price we wld definitely go back and it was clean

The facility was so poor that I did not stay. I asked to see the room prior to check in and could not stand the horrible smell. They still charged me for a night when I canceled. I don't think that is right when the property is so poor that is is uninhabitable.

The owner was great! They did have lots of work and updates going on at the property while we stayed.

We had a great weekend. Will be back.
