Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville @ Opryland

Easy parking, friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, plenty of space for the three of us. Bathroom and linens clean and well stocked. Wifi good. I wished the shower had more water pressure, but I know that most hotels use those low flow shower heads to save water. Breakfast and coffee was excellent. I think this Hampton Inn is one of the top 3 I have stayed in.

Other than that the place was cleaned taken care of.

Beautiful hotel! Very clean and quiet. Good breakfast. Very friendly day and helpful staff!

The property was clean, room was spacious, breakfast was fine, decent selection. The location was close to restaurants and the Grand Ole Opray and mall were close by.

Friendly staff, updated and clean rooms, and good breakfast. It was a win for me.

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable!!! The hotel was so convenient to everything we came to do in Nashville. Great visit and we’ll stay at this hotel again!!!

Great location and the room was incredibly clean. Highly recommend.

Superb

I had a great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Newly renovated. Clean. Nice room. Booking.com did not properly describe the room.

Great hotel to stay close to downtown, the mall and local bars and restaurants. Front desk staff were very helpful, especially the younger guy who offered many recommendations and was a real asset.

Satisfied

Beautiful room but our floor was really wet by the window after it rained. Staff were really welcoming.

Now, the water pressure in the rooms is terrible. The shower was not good at all. There is only a small stream of water that you had to hug the wall to get under. The handheld shower could not even rinse the soap off your body. The front desk knows of the pressure issue as heard from everyone. They did discount the room rate because of the issue. Then the in room AC….. for some reason it keeps resetting the temp back to 75 without touching it. We would set it for 68 in the morning then by afternoon it was back up to 75 and took many hours to bring the temp down for comfortable sleeping. Overall it is a great hotel but the owners have to realize they can’t save money by turning down the water pressure and AC temp. Those 2 things are very important.
