Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville @ Opryland

Newly renovated. Clean. Nice room. Booking.com did not properly describe the room.

Beautiful room but our floor was really wet by the window after it rained. Staff were really welcoming.

Now, the water pressure in the rooms is terrible. The shower was not good at all. There is only a small stream of water that you had to hug the wall to get under. The handheld shower could not even rinse the soap off your body. The front desk knows of the pressure issue as heard from everyone. They did discount the room rate because of the issue. Then the in room AC….. for some reason it keeps resetting the temp back to 75 without touching it. We would set it for 68 in the morning then by afternoon it was back up to 75 and took many hours to bring the temp down for comfortable sleeping. Overall it is a great hotel but the owners have to realize they can’t save money by turning down the water pressure and AC temp. Those 2 things are very important.

We stay at Hampton wherever we travel. This property needs some improvements. In our room the bathroom door stuck smelled like mildew and either didn’t have a bathroom fan or it didn’t work. We did like the size of the TV and the AC worked well.

Staff was great to work with when AC was out for a bit, front desk food everything possible to help.

The staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean and breakfast buffet was great and food was good. The front desk young man even gave us a great restaurant recommendation that we did enjoy.

The room was excellent, and the staff was extremely friendly. During our stay; however, the AC to the main building was not working, making the lobby and hallways quite warm. Our suite did cool down rather well, overall.

Breakfast was unexpectedly good. And jay at the front dest was awesome.

Hi shelves in shower

The air was not working! It was 78 in our room and no other rooms available. I don’t think it was just our room other were complaining. It was hot in the hallways also.

Walked into the hotel recently renovated checked in and went to check out the room. Pulled back the sheets and there was bed bugs

EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND GREAT WE ARRIVED AT BREAKFAST BEFORE 9AM AND WAS TOLD NO MORE BISCUITS TO BE MADE AND WAS OUT OF ALOT OF ITEMS. THERE WAS PLENTY OF GRAXR BUT NO BISCUITS :(

Clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

The property and the staff were extremely nice. Jay in particular. He was always speaking, very courteous , gave directions and every time he never wavered. He was just a very personable front desk worker. Stayed the entire week, the rooms were clean, climate control was great, house keeping kept us with fresh linens. and every time he never wavered. The breakfast could have been a little better for the price. Other than that everything was great and had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend staying here, it was literally like 2 minutes from the Gaylord.
