The hotel itself was good, the breakfast was good, the air in the room was terrible at 82 on the hottest day of the year!

Very close to the Grand Ol’ Opry which is why we were in Nashville. Very nice property, well maintained with a friendly staff. I thought the breakfast could have been a little better but it wasn’t bad.

I was in Nashville to go to the Grand Ole Opry so the location was great.

Quiet property near to Opry Mills and Opryland Hotel. Not the best breakfast (no bacon or bananas). Very clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. They did have a few "to go" bags, but they ran out quickly. I would recommend the location.

Jay, at the front desk, was helpful and friendly. He kept the lobby looking and smelling good. Great attitude and helpful with recommendations. I had a really nice visit. Craig

Room was very nice. Breakfast was meh. The pool needed cleaning.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was delicious with many entrees to choose from.

Would definitely stay there again

This was one of my best hotel stays ever. Jay at the front desk was so helpful and friendly every time he was working. I had a small group of students and their parents with them and most of the front desk staff treated them as friends. The general manager was very sweet and handled my mobility scooter rental drop off and pick up with such kindness. We will be back!

Excellent location and very clean and comfortable

My husband and I stayed here while visiting family in Nashville. This hotel is very clean, and our room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast was good and staff friendly. The outdoor pool was lovely, but I didn’t get a chance to use it. Will definitely choose this hotel again on future stays!

We got a double queen suite, with a fold out bed. The room was very spacious, for my family of five. Very clean, beds were comfortable, and the room smelled really good! A clean fresh scent. Staff was super friendly. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

Very personable and helpful with directions.

The room smelled musty and the AC was not cooling. Called the front desk and the attendant was helpful in operation of the thermostat but it would not stay where we set it so every time we left the room the thermostat would go back to a higher setting causing the room to be hot when we returned. The microwave door was stuck closed and would not open either.
