Courtyard by Marriott Nashville at Opryland

The girl during the check in and the girl during check out,were both excellent and helpful. A lady working the evening shift gave my room away to another couple. She tried to blame it on house keeping. After the couple interrupted our stay I checked my card keys. She had deactivated them. I had to go back down to the desk and get new keys. That's when she blamed it on house keeping. Really house keeping. Lol. She said I would probably have to move to a different room. The couple trying to get into our room had reserved a totally different room with more amenities. They were given 2 wrong rooms before the lady at the desk finally getting them the right room. The whole time I was at the desk waiting to get my room right. You would of thought she would have fixed my problem first thing. I was already in the right room and had been there for a couple hours. Good luck if you stay there lock your doors and don't leave valuable items behind. They might give your keys to someone else. If I had already left for the concert no telling what I would have came back to!!!

Other than some very minor nuances, the property was in operating shape and comfortable. The staff was very attentive, communicative, and accommodating.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

I pick this hotel every time I come to Nashville its always clean quiet and private however this visit there was a strong moldy like smell mix with cleaning products.

Definitely needs upgrading in bathrooms but was clean and safe!!

Close to Opry complex. Older than I expected with carpet stains and smells; The ADA room definitely had smoking smells even though the entire place is supposedly smoke-free. Also - no breakfast even though it says so.

Very old outdated property not clean toilet leaked felt moist and not comfortable at all.

Very "tired" Needs deep cleaning. Throw pillows had rips, smell was musty, lots of stains on everything

The property was very close to the Opry, Opryland Mills Mall, and Opryland Hotel. It was very clean, and the employees were very pleasant and helpful.

Our room had multiple dirty things on the floor when we checked in, including pieces of candy. The ceiling of the pool was falling into the pool, the pool heater was not working. Room had a very odd odor. Front desk staff was less than helpful at check in.
